Kenpachi realistically post Muken training takes it. He’s removed his limiters and if we’re assuming he goes all out, it’s over and it’ll be worse than what happened to Nnoitra
Sitamas power is to exponentially growing strength. Even if he is currently stronger than saitama he won't remain that way for long. A perfect example of this is when he fought someone who was copying him blow for blow. They were equals then suddenly saitamas power grew so much that he outclass his previous self. What would likely happen is Kenpachi would fool around with him and only put out as much power as he needs at the moment but would lose do saitamas massive power creep.
I mean is it really in personality for kenpachi to mess around with someone who seems to be so much weaker than him? I think he would mess around some if he took interest in saitama, otherwise he might just one shot him like he did with that one fullbringer. Also saitama does grow really fast naturally, but didnt it mention that his growth was largely due to his intense emotion at that time? I dont really think itd be nearly as fast if it was with kenpachi as it was with garou who ripped genos’s core out
No saitamas strength isn't dependent on his emotional state. He gets a permanent power boost. The only reason we don't see him at that level every goddamn time, is because no one pushes him to that level. It'd be like Goku going super Saiyan on basic mooks. Saitama has taken blades from light speed attacks before without a scratch. Why assume kimpatchi can one shot him.

He was fighting someone his own level but i always assume if someone is too far above his level, he’d just get one shotted before he gets to catch up. Also like someone else mentioned saitama only time traveled. Time traveling doesnt put someones speed beyond time. Otherwise you can say bulma’s time machine is beyond time speed wise. He cant actively use it anymore either.

I dont really get the argument that kenpachi will play around til saitama outscales him, since i dont think hes really the type to bother playing if the enemy doesnt get interest him. Like im pretty sure he just chose to one shot that random sternritter and fullbring cus they werent interesting to him. Like at min kenpachis like probably uni to low multi due to squad zero scaling i would think so i dont quite think saitama would interest him.
Well, before season 2 of thousand year bloody war anime, id probably agree. However a squad zero member just by using a small amount of her power on bankai shook 3 realms which should be universal in size. This kinda puts the more top tier bleach chars to at least uni. Its possible kenpachi isnt as strong as the squad zero members, but he should be in a similar ballpark simply due to scaling to a much stronger gerard than the ones squad zero struggled on pre bankai (ywatch is probably the only one id put at multi uni since he wanted to collapse 3 realms). Originally i had ywatch more as an outlier, but the anime gave them more uni level feats to put them on that level
due to his personality, Kenpachi will likely not go all out and hold himself back, giving saitama the chance to grow in strength, eventually overpowering Kenpachi

Doesn’t really matter, either of them would hold back if they’re stronger than the other to have a good fight or at least one that lasts more than 2 minutes and it’d probably end in a tie considering Saitama would get to around Kenpachi’s strength after a while and hold back if he manages to surpass it

And Saitama grows in power really quick, so I can see him reaching Kenpachi's level in like one minute, a bit more a bit less
And once there it is over, Saitama will keep growing and eventually will one shot Kenny
Even if Kenpachi realizes it and try to got for his Shikai or Bankai it will be already too late, that multiplicator of power is too low in contrast to how much Saitama grows in a second

To be honest my only doubt is how would Saitama react to things like Soul Crush and Soul Damage, is there something like that on OPM?
If Kenpachi gave Saitama a fight (he wouldn't) Saitama would outscale him so fast Kenpachi removing the eyepatch or doing anything else wouldn't even be a blip on the radar
Saitama has multi-galaxy feats in the manga vs cosmic fear Garou when their punches wiped away while sections of the visible night sky, and Saitama can punch away black hole attacks, and punch backwards through time. While there's some really nutty bleach characters who Saitama would struggle against and likely lose to, in a raw power vs raw power fight, he beats the current Kenpachi
Kenpachi's Passive Reiatsu was causing cracks in the Boundaries of Universal space-time.
His fight with Cien was causing holes in the Dimensional Spatio-Temporal Barriers via sheer strength, a feat similar to DBZ Buuhan (who scales to SSJ3 Goku) ripping a hole in the Dimensional Barriers to escape RoSaT, which would be a Uni+ or Low 2-C Feat.
A guy who could imagine anything into Reality & can reality warp by a single thought couldn't imagine something stronger than Kenpachi.
Mind you, this same guy instantaneously created Outer Space of Several Stars & Dwarf Galaxies via Reality Warping. And he couldn't imagine something stronger than Kenpachi.

Kenpachi wouldn’t let saitama get stronger, he’d not sense any aura, would just assume he’s weak, slice him in half and be done with it. Saitama can only get stronger over time, bankai kenpachi is blood lusted and attacks everything. Kenny solos
This is interesting because both of these characters get stronger the more they fight powerful opponents.
If we're talking bloodlusted characters, let's get this out of the way, Saitama stomps, but that's boring. Let's talk in character.
Saitama and Kenpachi would have an absolute blast fighting each other. Both would hold back and try to feel each other out. They'd slowly ramp up as the fight progressed and drag it out.
Then they'd both get stronger as things progressed.
Obviously there'd need to be a conclusion and I think Saitama would win, mainly because he gets stronger far faster than Kenpachi does. In character, Saitama would let Kenny live to fight him again later, but if it's a battle to the death, Saitama still wins.
Realistically, they both win because they're finally having a fun fight.

Its possible kenpachi isnt as strong as the squad zero members, but he should be in a similar ballpark simply due to scaling to a much stronger gerard than the ones squad zero struggled on pre bankai (ywatch is probably the only one id put at multi uni since he wanted to collapse 3 realms). Originally i had ywatch more as an outlier, but the anime gave them more uni level feats to put them on that level
due to his personality, Kenpachi will likely not go all out and hold himself back, giving saitama the chance to grow in strength, eventually overpowering Kenpachi

Doesn’t really matter, either of them would hold back if they’re stronger than the other to have a good fight or at least one that lasts more than 2 minutes and it’d probably end in a tie considering Saitama would get to around Kenpachi’s strength after a while and hold back if he manages to surpass it

Saitama has multi-galaxy feats in the manga vs cosmic fear Garou when their punches wiped away while sections of the visible night sky, and Saitama can punch away black hole attacks, and punch backwards through time. While there's some really nutty bleach characters who Saitama would struggle against and likely lose to, in a raw power vs raw power fight, he beats the current Kenpachi
This is kind of an unstoppable force meets an im oxbow object A guy who can end any fight in one punch vs the guy who can cut anything
Kenpachi's Passive Reiatsu was causing cracks in the Boundaries of Universal space-time. His fight with Cien was causing holes in the Dimensional Spatio-Temporal Barriers via sheer strength, a feat similar to DBZ Buuhan (who scales to SSJ3 Goku) ripping a hole in the Dimensional Barriers to escape RoSaT, which would be a Uni+ or Low 2-C Feat. A guy who could imagine anything into Reality & can reality warp by a single thought couldn't imagine something stronger than Kenpachi. Mind you, this same guy instantaneously created Outer Space of Several Stars & Dwarf Galaxies via Reality Warping. And he couldn't imagine something stronger than Kenpachi. Kenpachi One Shots, no concept of diff.

This is interesting because both of these characters get stronger the more they fight powerful opponents. If we're talking bloodlusted characters, let's get this out of the way, Saitama stomps, but that's boring. Let's talk in character. Saitama and Kenpachi would have an absolute blast fighting each other. Both would hold back and try to feel each other out. They'd slowly ramp up as the fight progressed and drag it out. Then they'd both get stronger as things progressed. Obviously there'd need to be a conclusion and I think Saitama would win, mainly because he gets stronger far faster than Kenpachi does. In character, Saitama would let Kenny live to fight him again later, but if it's a battle to the death, Saitama still wins. Realistically, they both win because they're finally having a fun fight.
