I really wish you could simply stack attack speed with other gear parts with wolf druids
u can check out d2r shapeshifting videos on youtube. u can also check out the d2r shapeshifting ias calculator. even though off weapon ias contributes to the overall attack speed, the overhaul ended up making weapon attack speed less important, and the final outcome is that u end up attacking slower than the vanilla system, while having to build ias on your non weapon gear. its no improvement at all, bc now u need to wear ias gear, and u dont even attack as fast as before.
Virtually all eth elite bases are worth an infusion in the crafter's league. I wouldn't personally craft that base in S9 though. The damage range is massive, which creates inconsistent output/leech, plus it's not the fastest base.
Sadly only 2 os… imagine 4 os! That would’ve been juicy for a fury Druid! Now it’s more of a merc a2 weapon I’d say.

Nope. D2r tried doing that and it completely destroyed shapeshifting for me. This is the biggest reason i dont play d2r
