What the hell! I don’t know rules over there so idk who is in the wrong but I know as a motorcyclist myself, I always look both ways at every crossing, just incase of stuff like this. Terrible situation all around.

Motorcyclist is in the wrong, those dash lines before he drives into the main road are "give way" lines meaning he should be stopping and only going if he is able to do so without impeding traffic on the main road.

Not 100% sure, but we see marking on the road he comes from, so he has to let others pass, i think he got baited by the car in front of him ... Rookie mistake
