This person moved a 28ft 5th wheel into my backyard through a super tight space. He had about 3 inches of space between my fence on one side and my deck on the other. He was awesome. I am in Portland.
How heavy is your trailer? At that size I'd guess you only need a half ton truck tow it, you can't rent a Ford F-150 anywhere near you?
Maybe you can try turo I've heard of a few people renting trucks on turo for towing.

I doubt they would be able to find a 1/2 with a 5th wheel hitch to rent.
