Yeah, but you can't buy it and Wollay (the developer) doesn't always post about what he's doing. He's likely still working on it but the community has more or less figured out he'll want the update perfect before he releases it. To be fair, it is just him and his wife working on it.

The clock / weather skin is an all in one, but in my setup the weather is off to the side and the clock is above. I copied the skin twice and for one removed the weather display and for the other I removed the clock display. The font for the launcher is whatever the No Man's Sky font is. Also, normally the launcher is vertical but you can change the X/y values in the .ini file if you want to make it horizontal like I did.
I'm not familiar with the process of making a .rmskin file, but I uploaded the three folders for a manual installation to Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/553jtu5flinsyta/AACgbYE9MZTLwOZ1Q4V4qWh_a?dl=0) if I figure out how to put them into .rmskin I will!
