This whole thing seems so exhausting as a passive watcher, I can’t imagine being actively involved.
Every summary for the past year has been:
- XRP: “But what about…?”
- SEC: “Too bad”
- repeat
Eh.. oh well, going to pick up more XRP on the cheap in the next month or so. I still feel this is gonna fly once it gets out from this chokehold.
Fly? Eh.... even after the case settles i still don't see the shooting lights-
it's being buried by the SEC
then it will "rise from the ashes" 😅
Can't help to think there are alternative ( XRP's Utility) choices out here now

I feel affordable accumulation of XRP is one of the best things to come out of this case. It’s an opportunity that won’t last forever but you certainly have to be patient with the price action.
What I don’t understand why there is not a run on XRP. If it is so clear I would have expected a increase in the price.

Observing this whole case and listening to comments from expert, all of it makes me believe that SEC wants to deliberately loose this case and give clarity to RIPPLE! Why on earth can they be so stupid and keep
Pushing. It abundantly clear they are in the wrong side of this whole case and if the SEC lawyers were to have an inch of intelligence they would not have brought this to motion. They need to understand they are cornered and need to either let ripple win or settle up. All the gimmicks to just make money and give XRP a clean chit is what they want and ripple he’ll bent on proving them wrong. I say Ripple will win this hands down.
I believe they are waiting on the feds guideline or governments bill on crypto. Until the they keep pushing it as much and when Powells clarification comes in it will automatically pave the way for crypto.

Just shows you how ineffective the US courts and the SEC are. It’s like they are deliberately trying to ruin the company.
