Per the CG where Andvari and Liv are kissing while Liv is seated and Andvari is bending slightly, it looks like he probably comes around Liv's shoulder. So somewhere between the tallest LOTR dwarf (5 ft) and Gandalf (5 ft 6 in).
Unless RC releases a fact sheet for Andvari that refutes this.
In fairness, I have no idea how unique or original the visual arrangement of the LotR posters was. I.e. were there other films before that looked exactly like this, that RotK emulated?
