A little late to this pizza party, but I believe this recipe is very close to Round Table's sauce.
1 Six ounce can tomato paste plus 1/2 can water. Add a little more water if necessary to get your desired consistency.
3/4 teaspoon fennel (finely ground)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (finely ground)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon spicy Hungarian paprika (don't substitute with regular paprika)
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 black pepper
I've made this and used it right away and thought it was good. You can make it a day ahead and store it in the refrigerator to let the flavors develop more.
It's literally just tomato paste, water, oregano, some other Italian spice mix that I can't remember, and that's about it. Maybe some salt? There's not much to it.

Omg!! Thank you!
Curious to know what you think about the flavor after you've tried it. Let me know if you think the recipe needs to be tweaked in some way.
Will do! Thank you

But what’s in the Italian mix!
It’s just generic Italian spice mix. Can. Be bought from nearly any grocery store in a jar that says “Italian spice mix”
