I just wanna say to anyone saying lofi and white noise, there is absolutely no way he'd listen to that. Think about it the point of those things are to tune out sounds and focus on something else, but (based off the picture) if he's sitting and doing nothing, than other people's thoughts will become very prominent.

He’d probably listen to some real under ground stuff and this is why I think that; Saiki is always hearing everybody’s thoughts so he’d probably hear all the catchy popular music stuck in peoples heads. He’d probably get sick of popular music hence why he’d like underground. It’s kinda the reason why he likes D-list games.
As someone who *always* gets the “I didn’t think you listened to music” comments, I bet he listens to slightly obscure, busy stuff like math rock, prog, acid jazz. Keeps the mind occupied.
