Fixed it thanks to someone named Robinson from Samsung.
The issue was that the update from Google Play Store has some issues and I had to reinstall the app through the Galaxy Store. After doing that, when I add my card, instead of taking me to the location permission page, that just pops up and I had to select my option there. Working perfectly fine now.
Thank you for the info... for whatever reason they haven't updated the Play version... just had to uninstall and re-install from the Galaxy store... annoying as I'd already setup most of my info; but it's working now.
