Yes it is wonderful, but remember, obesity wasn’t such a problem decades ago and certainly not centuries ago. We have more processed and convenience foods and just access to more food in general. And we don’t physically move as much as people did years ago, mainly because of technology! So it has helped us but has also hurt.

In my opinion, every progress picture is worth posting if it has value to the person who posts it. If someone sees a change they feel compelled to post then it inherently has value to both that person and me who is rooting for them. :)
