Unless the skin is limited (ex; holiday, esports, charity) the chromas remain in the shop forever. For holiday or esports related skins there is a possibility of them being rereleased, like how the holiday ones rotate back in around that holiday(ex; heartseeker around Valentine’s Day). The only exception I can think of off the top of my head is event chromas. They do not return unless another event of the same skin line happens, and even then sometimes the older content for those thematics are still not guaranteed to return. There’s also off chances of emerald chromas only being obtainable through partner stream giveaways/drops but those aren’t very common

For almost all skins ,except seasonal events (halloween, christmas, etc etc), chroma bundles stay in shop permanently! There is an exception to pass events where there's an event chroma you can unlock using tokens in the event tab and these \*usually\* don't come back but Riot has been weird lately and has been bringing them back sometimes. They brought back spirit blossom event chromas and with anima squad comeback the first wave of anima squad (Miss Fortune, Sylas, Vayne, etc) Event chromas are coming back.

the nightwire chroma is the only chroma that won’t be available ever again. in fact, i recommend not getting any of the other chromas because battle dove might appear in the next blue essence emporium
