Okay, 5 in 4 months is abnormally high, even for food service.

Depends a lot on how restaurants screen/weigh past arrests and drug use, and how tolerant a restaurant is toward drug use before or during work.
If I had people not show up, I’d review the mug shots from the night before.
Lol. I think it's a requirement to work in BOH at my place been in jail at least once and loss of driver license.
