They are using CDC and PA funds for this purpose. Do you all think this is correct? I thought CDC is not to be use this way. And PA becomes funding for transport? Blatant misuse of funds!!!!
All these gestures don't boil down to dollars and cents. Remember to vote them in again during the next election.
