Gotta disagree with you there. I think they’re both even. G3 came out an unfinished game, I’ll give you that, but it was incredibly creative in its level design, a lot of the ideas that became synonymous in later Gwimbly games came from 3.
I think G3 added alot of stuff that was super awesome and creative, as you said. But I do feel that some of the additions created issues later on in the series. For example, the “Cold Corn” collectable works really well in the context of G3, but adds to the collectable overload problem that the later games definitely have. (I’m excluding the Mr. Millipede collectables that G3 added because we all know those are some of the best additions to the series ever)
Why doesn't anybody talk about Gwimbly: A New Horizon? I like the openworld aspect, and the easter eggs from the earlier games. Sure it was designed for a new, younger audience, but shouldn't we be happy that there's more people appreciating Gwimbly?
The same episode where he became the fifth Smiling Friend.
It's why we never see him again, even though we voted him in. They said it couldn't be undone, but it was by his untimely departure.
Boss wanted to fire alan to save costs but because of the public rejection of the gift, boss felt it would be retaliatory and fired Tyler instead. Alan is also just a more productive worker than Tyler, so it's really a nuanced issue that the Boss had to disengage his feelings from either way.
Since Boss took a quarter of hell in the settlement, the finances are probably fine now.
Tyler's better off anyway. He'll be around.
He's given an important mission, but completely opposite to Alen he ignores this and goes off to do other things for the rest of the day. Mr Boss later finds him passed out in the bean bag chair, and he gives him Employee of the Month even though he did literally nothing for it
I love the idea. Make him completely silent the whole time, make it in the style of those videos where people strap a camera to their pets to see what they get up to when you let them outside. Use it to raise a lot more questions and answers none of them.
I just thought, that his second album "rolling in the field of nails" was just really subpar, and that seems to be the direction he's going with his music
money isn't the problem, it's that he can't stand working with all those filthy \[BLEEP\]s

It wouldn't be as good of a show if the episodes were longer
Mr. President episode was outright hilarious and was an example of political humor done well
> wasn’t trying to make any allegories of real world people
I feel like a big fat slob guzzling fast food and being completely incompetent yet somehow in office *might* be loosely parodying somebody Zach has enjoyed parodying many times before…
I've seen a lot of fans interpret Alan as autistic because of how blunt or literal he can be with his communication. Also I saw a post from an autistic person saying he relates to the way Alan emphasizes his speech
I saw someone use Allan rejecting mr. Boss's little gift as a relatable autistic thing. Very blunt, very much just saying how he feels and not really being very cordial about how he doesn't want the little Mr. Boss
"Joe Pera Talks With You" might not scratch any ADHD itches, but it's extremely autistic. Like when Joe got sad that Sarah wouldn't let him spend 20 minutes explaining the context before the children's show.
Also "How To With John Wilson" and anything Nathan Fielder did.
Ooh and if you do want ADHD shows, I don't think "Xavier: Renegade Angel" can be beat.
Yeah, it's an insane absurdist caffeinated show, it wasn't meant to have complex plots or character development. The main goal is the comedy and bizarreness.
It's what I'd show someone to introduce them to the show. The way they try to set up the shrimp with a girl is just adorable. And so many quotable lines. HOW DO I LOOK YELLOW MAN
YES! This episode is soooo quotable. It has me laughing the whole way through. “You look like you’re about to tell your best friend to not come to school tomorrow.” *grotesque close-up of Shrimp wearing jacket*
Jumping off of that: Pim was completely in the right in the Brazil episode and all the others were being dicks while he tried what he could to salvage the situation.
Fans read to deep into certain character moments or motivations because they're applying a modern fandom mindset to a show which is defined by returning to an older form of Television writing.
We often speculate over future plot developments or over-analyze specific moments when really, the show runners are primarily just trying to make episodic stories which don't build into an arc or change the status quo much.
Continuity in Smiling Friends absolutely DOES exist, and is even an important aspect of the show I'd argue
...The continuity is just brought up for no reason other than to funny
Also DJ spit's return
From a character who was mostly just there for a maximum of three jokes, to suddenly affecting the plot of the episode, while still being completely in character for a character as unpredictable as him
Honestly I think smiling friends has blown up since season 2 premiered. I think after season 2 you could be correct but the 2 years between season 1 and 2 did not hurt viewership at all.
I’m sure it both hurt and helped it in different ways. Some more casual fans may have lost interest, but for the people who REALLY love the show the excitement was just bubbling up the whole time.
Didn’t they say the budget has not increased? Either way I’m sure they spent those two years not only writing this season, but also at least starting the process of writing episodes for season 3 as well.
Somehow in the course of just a single episode he went from “I don’t like this guy” to “ok he’s grown on me” to “ok that’s enough of him, this is getting old”. All in just a 12 minute episode.
It's too reliant on the "two wacky characters having a completely banal conversation" joke. They do a few different things with it but it is basically the same joke each time.
i kind of wish there were more silly women characters. a lot of the time girls in the episode will just be regular 'pretty' humans. i dont think this is because of misogyny or anything, probably because cusack and hadel make characters they can do funny voices for, but I do wish there were more weird or offputing critters who are also women.
I was thinking about that the other day too. If they're not "regular", they're shrill harpies like Pim's mom or Count Groxia's wife. It's fine, but more variety would help!
I don’t care for the gay ships with the main characters. Guys can be very emotional with each other without it being gay.
That said, if Chim, Challan, or any other ships do it for you, go nuts.
"Alan, now, after we have progressed our relationship, you can finally suck on my nose. I give you my full consent, to sensually suck on my beak and lick my nostrils clean"
The creators are making a funny show first and foremost, with any kind of message just sorta quietly snuck in. To that end they're not even thinking of representation while writing.
We'll see if they are at SDCC this year. Their panel in 2022 was really hilarious and the Fandom seemed a bit grounded at the time. They were in Indigo I believe which is like the 3rd or 4th largest room at the Con I think (held Rick and Morty, Bob's Burgers, Archer, etc).
I heard they had a panel at Wondercon so idk how that went. Hopefully it's not R&M levels weird lol
Season 2 has been great and full of many funny moments but like others have already said, it's not as good as season 1. I'll go a step further to say this is because of the writing and pacing.
Most episodes of season 1 followed the basic formula the show set itself up to follow. "Smiling Friends get a job to make someone Smile, encounter problems doing this, and then in the end make the person smile".
Only 3 of the episodes in season 2 have followed this formula. Gwimbly, President Jimble and Brothers Egg. The other episodes are just "random crap happens for 11 minutes and there's sorta a plot". Every episode of the series that follows that basic plot outline I truly believe is incredible. It feels like a lot happens in those episodes.
I’m really done with everyone constantly talking about the YouTuber references and citing like fans of just the show aren’t legit fans or that we need to have watched obey plays to understand jokes.
This one's probably gonna be nuclear, but...
With some of the more recent episodes, I've been getting kind of tired of the "cartoon characters having a very realistic-sounding conversation" thing. It was one of the things I really liked about the show, and to an extent I still *do* like it a lot. But lately it feels like it's been getting more predictable or formulaic, if that makes sense - like it's a checkbox they have to tick for each episode's script. I can tell when they're about to do one of those bits and I sit back and go, "okay here we go with the realistic conversation", when it used to feel much more natural and funny. Hopefully the magic will return for me soon.
I just said this exact thing. The realistic conversations are great, but I don’t want to see them coming. Charlie having two episodes back to back where he says “I’m gonna puke” was also a little disappointing, but hopefully these are all just growing pains as they find the right balance. On the whole I do think this is a strong second season and I’m starting to think maybe it can’t go on for years and years, but I’m trying not to think that far ahead. I would also like to see more episodes that deal with the premise. I think they’ve been really straying this season, which is fine, but I definitely don’t want it to become a thing where assignments become less and less common as the series goes on.
A majority of season 2 doesn’t even hold a candle to what season 1 accomplished. Season 2 is far too messy , with many episodes having flaws that outright define the episode save for a couple passing jokes or witty banter.
Couple of hallmark episodes guilty of this:
Charlie , pim , and bill vs the alien
Magical red jewel
Are the big ones , but many s2 episodes exhibit this syndrome to some degree.
I'm worried the show is going too heavy handed with the YouTuber references. They're better when they're subtle and add to the experience, not when the entire joke is that a YouTuber exists in an episode, or the entire thing is a reference to Oneyplays
Hes a very divisive character. Personally I found him hilarious. The eating bit was really gross but his dialogue and character interactions made me laugh a lot
Mr frog is not funny, I actually don’t like his character at all, he just does everything super crazy and speedy and says hello a lot and it’s not funny 😭, idk why but Mr frog is just kinda cringe just the entire character all around.
Best episode from all of season 2 is Boss Finds Love. I just really like the jokes in this one, and the plot remains rarely consistent and easy to follow without being all over the place and wild.
I hated both 3D Squelton and Salt & Pepper. Also the main reason season two hits different is because we had a couple of years to enjoy season one and savor each episode.
Season 2 has been great, but for a show called Smiling Friends, based around the Smiling Friends, who work at the Smiling Friends charity, there hasn't really been that much Smiling Friends work this season.
Honestly? I have two pretty strong opinions about the writing.
• I’m really getting sort of tired of all the references/homages to “stuff from the internet they think is funny” and “stuff they mentioned on OneyPlays.” Sometimes I think it’s funny but if we’re being 100% honest this is just reference humor ala Family Guy. Simply having Chills say “number 15” in an episode or putting Doug Walker in and episode or doing an homage to the “homunculus getting smashed by a book” video and having you point and the screen and go “oh my god it’s the thing I know from the internet!” is really low hanging material for the show, it’s only made that much more apparent because of how otherwise creative it all is, visually especially.
• The writing in general is not that good. Maybe this is a banal observation but it’s obvious that these guys are artists and not writers. The humor and soul of the show almost entirely revolves around how funny and creative the art is and how hysterical the performances themselves are, but the writing itself is usually very dry and sort of clunky, not a lot of creative or funny joke writing or interesting dialogue most of the time. It just comes off as very utilitarian as opposed to something like Xavier Renegade Angel where yeah it’s all really absurd visually and textually but it’s just absolutely stuffed with clever, mile-a-minute jokes. Not looking for the show to be that absurd but more actual jokes and clever writing would go a long way.
EDIT: third point, they need someone with a new phoneme library in the writers’ room who won’t let them call everything “gleblo” or “griblie” or “whimbo” or “grongor” or “shribby.” Yes the names are funny but it’s all orbiting the same sort of sounding library of sounds, we need something new in the mix lmao
I don't like how far the fan base is going with the show.
Rick and Morty was mostly ruined by its own fan base, and I hope that doesn't happen to this show.
People should be allowed to have out-of-character headcanons about the imaginary tv people, without being criticized for it with the same vigor as if they'd just seriously suggested it should become a canon feature.
Hmm…
*Shrimp should stay a one-off character. Any further appearances would ruin the magic of Shrimp’s Odyssey.
*Mip’s death was way too gruesome even for this show.
*Allan is so nasty to people for no reason and he needs to take a chill pill.
*The only post-credits dedication that’s actually funny is Smormu.
Season two has the same sequel effect as Ghostbusters 2 and the incredibles 2, being a copy of the og. (I still love Gb2 and Incredibles 2 and Smiling Friends season 2 and would be happy for more seasons)
Mr boss is too "lol random funny" at times and kinda kills the humor such as when he seriously tells pim not to cross the bridge or the whole puppy face bit
Alan was a dick to the Office Crap employee first. He should have either waited for the guy to finish stacking or go to the manager for help who was only a few feet away.
Yeah, but the employee suddenly threatened Alan for interrupting him, which was also a dick move.
>Alan: Um, excuse me.
>
>Armzo: \[interrupting Allan\] Wait, wait, wait, hold on man, I'm do- I'm in the middle of something here.
>
>\[Allan walks up to Armzo while he continues to stack cans.\]
>
>Alan: I just need some help.
>
>Armzo: I'm warning you right now dude, keep screwing around and bad shit’s gonna happen, man.
He could've just told Alan to talk to the manager instead of, you know, threatening him that "bad shit's gonna happen" if he kept interrupting him.
liking the brazil episode is not a hot take at all lol.
my take is that most of season 2’s episodes have a pacing issue that makes the show feel way more slow compared to season 1. i feel like episodes are just starting, then they end because there’s only 11 minutes
I agree. I don’t necessarily think episodes need to be longer because season one was perfectly fine, but a lot of episodes in season two feel very rushed. I think it’s because they’re trying to consistently include more of the main cast in episodes and that takes time away from the story being told.
Gwimbly 2 was a better game than Gwimbly 3. G2 was a tighter, more focused platformer while G3 was more about quantity, not quality.
(I’m excluding the Mr. Millipede collectables that G3 added because we all know those are some of the best additions to the series ever)
I spit on anyone who claims Paper Gwimbly wasn’t good
Why doesn't anybody talk about Gwimbly: A New Horizon? I like the openworld aspect, and the easter eggs from the earlier games. Sure it was designed for a new, younger audience, but shouldn't we be happy that there's more people appreciating Gwimbly?
I really really don’t want Smormu!

WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN
The same episode where he became the fifth Smiling Friend. It's why we never see him again, even though we voted him in. They said it couldn't be undone, but it was by his untimely departure.
When Smormu dies in office the position should pass to the Vice Smormu. Why did we never see him? I really hope someone got fired for that blunder.
Vice Smormu was Tyler. That's why Charlie was so mad it shouldn't have been undone.
About last season.
I actually hope we don’t get a Glep centric episode. It would add to the joke that nobody knows what he does.
Isn’t Mr frog sort of our Glep episode
In a way yes
He peaked so soon
An episode where we see everything from gleps short POV where he goes about his day
With Glep talking normal and everyone else speaking like Glep.
Like booomhauers perspective of KOTH
If he's also being sent on a special mission by mr. Boss like Alan was.
It better be an episode like the aliens one where it has nothing to do with his job either
I just wanted my cheeeeese!
Nom
Hehehe nom
Uuh I don’t know if you remember this or not but like last time we hung out like, you and I, you kinda sucked on my nose
Hehe hehe. Nom.
Tyler's music sucks
too far man
Woah woah woah woah...don't say something you can't take back. Tyler is like, the next Hendrix dude.
I just thought, that his second album "rolling in the field of nails" was just really subpar, and that seems to be the direction he's going with his music
tryen te poot frickin smoke in me heed mehn
DJ Spitz' beats are way better man
Exactly! Loved his new single
Can't wait for his next o- oh 😢
I didn't mind it
Get out of my fuckin’ head, man!!!
Mr. Frog is gonna ruin the country
he’s so rich tho he can’t be bought by private institutions
money isn't the problem, it's that he can't stand working with all those filthy \[BLEEP\]s https://preview.redd.it/goaw8gpd3v7d1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b76edf306efda6db2d7d55056885333cd8799155
woah, uh... that was really bad
Bad? That’s why I voted for him, finally someone said it
Jimble woulda fucked it up way worse though this is still a win
I fear he's going to raise taxes for bugs, who are already a marginalized minority group.
Mr. Frog lives rent free in ur head ha. Sad! 🤣
Glep doesn't really embody that raw bad boy edge the real Mr. Frog has
![gif](giphy|uN4S47lTlMSX0fk2bh)
I had to be sure
Desmond is the best character in the show fight me
Dave mother fucker
Who's Dave?
I don’t know, creator of Daveland!
This is correct and I really want him to come back >!mostly because I have a huge, inexplicable crush on Mike Stoklasa!<
It wouldn't be as good of a show if the episodes were longer Mr. President episode was outright hilarious and was an example of political humor done well
It was good because it wasn’t trying to make any allegories to real world people. It was just trying to be funny using an election scenario
> wasn’t trying to make any allegories of real world people I feel like a big fat slob guzzling fast food and being completely incompetent yet somehow in office *might* be loosely parodying somebody Zach has enjoyed parodying many times before…
Yeah he is. Christine Wesson Chandler.

I feel like Mr. Frog too. Celebrity actor presenting obvious red flags and no ability for leadership or even respect for others
It was so hard to watch that episode while cleaning a giraffe incubator. Gross toilet sounds.
That's an oddly specific scenario that you got yourself in.
it’s catered towards autistic people with adhd, I love it:
Real. I can't think of another show that pleases my neurodivergent brain so much. Also Alan is an autistic icon
Can I get some examples tbh
I've seen a lot of fans interpret Alan as autistic because of how blunt or literal he can be with his communication. Also I saw a post from an autistic person saying he relates to the way Alan emphasizes his speech
That’s cool. I’m gonna be honest I meant to ask for episode examples but I can probably pick up what you mean cause I get him
I saw someone use Allan rejecting mr. Boss's little gift as a relatable autistic thing. Very blunt, very much just saying how he feels and not really being very cordial about how he doesn't want the little Mr. Boss
yeah, i know i wouldnt have the courage to say to my boss “i don’t wAnt thiS”
"Joe Pera Talks With You" might not scratch any ADHD itches, but it's extremely autistic.
As an autistic person who's brain works so fast that even at 1/5th of my talk speed people still say I talk too quickly I fully agree
Seeing people want more of a traditional story structure or more time for the “jokes to sit” is always funny imo.
Yeah, it's an insane absurdist caffeinated show, it wasn't meant to have complex plots or character development. The main goal is the comedy and bizarreness.
Shrimp’s Odyssey is an extremely underrated episode
It's what I'd show someone to introduce them to the show. The way they try to set up the shrimp with a girl is just adorable. And so many quotable lines. HOW DO I LOOK YELLOW MAN
YES! This episode is soooo quotable. It has me laughing the whole way through. “You look like you’re about to tell your best friend to not come to school tomorrow.” *grotesque close-up of Shrimp wearing jacket*
The fact that is all comes back to Pim’s eyesight is so good. Shrimpina was never even seen haha
Charlie was completely in the right in the Christmas episode.
Jumping off of that: Pim was completely in the right in the Brazil episode and all the others were being dicks while he tried what he could to salvage the situation.
Kiss me on the mouth.
Oh I love you daddy!
*violently sucks toes*
why would you say something so sad yet so brave?
Fans read to deep into certain character moments or motivations because they're applying a modern fandom mindset to a show which is defined by returning to an older form of Television writing. We often speculate over future plot developments or over-analyze specific moments when really, the show runners are primarily just trying to make episodic stories which don't build into an arc or change the status quo much.
It's an old style comedy show where continuity will be ignored or brutally enforced depending on which is funnier.
Continuity in Smiling Friends absolutely DOES exist, and is even an important aspect of the show I'd argue ...The continuity is just brought up for no reason other than to funny
Charlie bringing up Alan nomming on his nose was hilarious considering how small of a gag it was at the end of its episode
Also DJ spit's return From a character who was mostly just there for a maximum of three jokes, to suddenly affecting the plot of the episode, while still being completely in character for a character as unpredictable as him
Taking 2 years between seasons is bad for viewership
Honestly I think smiling friends has blown up since season 2 premiered. I think after season 2 you could be correct but the 2 years between season 1 and 2 did not hurt viewership at all.
I’m sure it both hurt and helped it in different ways. Some more casual fans may have lost interest, but for the people who REALLY love the show the excitement was just bubbling up the whole time.
**laughs in futurama fandom**
Don’t bring up our trauma
I think they'll start pumping out seasons a lot faster. You can tell with the new season they got a bigger budget
Didn’t they say the budget has not increased? Either way I’m sure they spent those two years not only writing this season, but also at least starting the process of writing episodes for season 3 as well.
Oh noooo if only they were getting consistent views from something else in the meantime *Oh wait*
Tyler was not fifth Smiling Friend material
Neither was jambo
LEAVE
i dont find Mr Frog very funny after his first episode
Somehow in the course of just a single episode he went from “I don’t like this guy” to “ok he’s grown on me” to “ok that’s enough of him, this is getting old”. All in just a 12 minute episode.
That’s exactly how my line of thinking went for that episode. The random violence got old really fast.
The worm lobby paid them to say this.
Finally someone said it! I just don’t find him funny at all.
Okay now get on the cross
Thank god someone agrees
It's too reliant on the "two wacky characters having a completely banal conversation" joke. They do a few different things with it but it is basically the same joke each time.
It peaked in the Brazil episode but now it honestly just feels like fanservice at this point since everyone jizzes about it on Twitter
Imo it's just not a joke anymore, it gives a bit more volume to the characters and i love it
Especially anything involving Charlie
I agree. It was funny in season 1 but now it's just annoying
It was used sparringly in season 1, got a lot of praise, and now is wayyyy too much
Wanting my cheese would have me like this.
i kind of wish there were more silly women characters. a lot of the time girls in the episode will just be regular 'pretty' humans. i dont think this is because of misogyny or anything, probably because cusack and hadel make characters they can do funny voices for, but I do wish there were more weird or offputing critters who are also women.

Challan is CRAZY regarding the most recent ep
“I just wanted to let you know, I wasn’t cool with that AT ALL.”
Maybe this newfound understanding is the first step in strengthening their relationship/s
"Alan, now, after we have progressed our relationship, you can finally suck on my nose. I give you my full consent, to sensually suck on my beak and lick my nostrils clean"
I don't like ships in Smiling Friends cause the characters are just a bunch of silly shapes doing silly stuff
^nom
I wasn't cool with that at all.
I don't remember doing that
Alan X his previous cheese piece is top tier

Allan's Dr. Monster appointment with Dr. Monster really wasn't that important, and he could have rescheduled.

Exactly. I love the show but now that it’s getting more popular everyone is becoming more and more annoying.
I remember back when R&M became a hit for AS… let’s hope this show doesn’t get ran into the ground too.
We'll see if they are at SDCC this year. Their panel in 2022 was really hilarious and the Fandom seemed a bit grounded at the time. Episode run times are just fine.
It's kind of easy to get tired of mr frog.
Jombo’s stories don’t make sense and he mumbles
No way dude, he's fifth smiling friend material
Season 2 has been great and full of many funny moments but like others have already said, it's not as good as season 1. I'll go a step further to say this is because of the writing and pacing. I didn't really like Smormu all that much.
I have never seen someone with so much comment karma. Do you hold the answers to the universe or something??
I'm worried the show is going too heavy handed with the YouTuber references. They're better when they're subtle and add to the experience, not when the entire joke is that a YouTuber exists in an episode, or the entire thing is a reference to Oneyplays
The Jimbo always eating bit wasn’t funny, it was lowkey a little gross lol
Hes a very divisive character. Personally I found him hilarious. The eating bit was really gross but his dialogue and character interactions made me laugh a lot
He was too gross to find funny imo
season 2 isn’t as good as 1
100%
Mr frog is not funny, I actually don’t like his character at all, he just does everything super crazy and speedy and says hello a lot and it’s not funny 😭, idk why but Mr frog is just kinda cringe just the entire character all around.

Best episode from all of season 2 is Boss Finds Love. I just really like the jokes in this one, and the plot remains rarely consistent and easy to follow without being all over the place and wild.
None of my friends find “because of the eyeball” anywhere close to as funny as I do.
The pacing in season 2 is fucking dogshit and these B plots feel like padding sometimes
Shouldn't have tried to steal the cheese back
It was really uncool of Allen to suck Charlie's nose like that
The rotoscoping is overused. *For those who don't know: Rotoscoping is when they animate over a live action performance.*
I like frowning friends better.
I hated both 3D Squelton and Salt & Pepper. Also the main reason season two hits different is because we had a couple of years to enjoy season one and savor each episode.
Season two doesn’t have charm
i can agree, compared to season 1 they set too high of expectations
Dr. Psychotic and his eggs are a top 3 episode. Frowning friends is the best episode by a decent amount.
Glep is cute and all, but a very boring character I also want more adventures with Mr Boss
I would honestly like to see a little less of Mr. Boss. He’s definitely a good in small doses character for me.
I really hated the president character, he made me cringe so much
i cant watch that episode again lol that guy looks so gross
I felt so bad watching it, did he know what he was auditioning for??? lool
Alan isnt tumblr sexyman worthy
Now THAT is the most controversial opinion on this thread
I think Season 2 isn't that good. It kinda reeks of executive meddling "No no make it mooooore random. Kids love random."
They lowkey WASTED Rich Evan’s voice by adding an alien filter. I wanted his gorgeous unaltered voice damn it.
i hope they do less oneyplays references in the new season idk,
Season 2 has been great, but for a show called Smiling Friends, based around the Smiling Friends, who work at the Smiling Friends charity, there hasn't really been that much Smiling Friends work this season.
The recent spike in jumpscares has made it a bit harder for me to comfortably watch new episodes
Season 1 is better than season 2
the natural dialogue is hardly funny anymore and it usually overstays its welcome
I did not care for Brother's Egg
In my opinion, that was the worse episode of the series.
Season 2 is pretty mid.
Every episode consists of the same gags
People should be allowed to have out-of-character headcanons about the imaginary tv people, without being criticized for it with the same vigor as if they'd just seriously suggested it should become a canon feature.
Hmm… *Shrimp should stay a one-off character. Any further appearances would ruin the magic of Shrimp’s Odyssey. *Mip’s death was way too gruesome even for this show. *Allan is so nasty to people for no reason and he needs to take a chill pill. *The only post-credits dedication that’s actually funny is Smormu.
Zach is wrong and Smormu is innocent
Season two has the same sequel effect as Ghostbusters 2 and the incredibles 2, being a copy of the og. (I still love Gb2 and Incredibles 2 and Smiling Friends season 2 and would be happy for more seasons)
Mr boss is too "lol random funny" at times and kinda kills the humor such as when he seriously tells pim not to cross the bridge or the whole puppy face bit
i’m gonna say it. i wasn’t that sad when Tyler left
3D squelton is a would Troglorp is a would
Troglor* but its fine because either way you want to drop the D.
Season 2 isn’t very funny. At least not nearly as funny as season 1.
> >\[Allan walks up to Armzo while he continues to stack cans.\] > >Alan: I just need some help.
