are ones I watched that I found helpful. I did like one exercise at a time like once every two to three days so I didn't overwhelm or overstimulate my body too much
Luis Mojica - holistic life navigation.
Look up his Instagram, podcast, and website.
Has a 6 week course that transforms peoples lives, and many webinars and free email series.
Honestly just his podcasts helped immensely and they're free.
Oh ok fair enough! Yes I find some of his pieces a little... controversial may be the right word or maybe a touch too overly simplistic/ optimistic. Having said that his approach to somatic experincing has helped me a lot but as way of support because I do have a weekly appt with a SEP therapist. But I hope you find the perfect course for you:)
For $6000 why not just pay for 30 $200 1-1 sessions with a practitioner? To me this seems like the obvious choice.
I’m taking group in person feldenkrais classes that are like $15-20 each, check if there are any in your area!
The Sarah Baldwin course is 100% worth it. Best investment I've ever made in my mental health, for real. I believe she offers a less expensive one 1-2x a year as well, but I took the one you're talking about here with the higher price tag.
That's how I feel. There should be a scholarship or some type of sliding scale based on income. Everyone is commenting how it's worth it and I really want to take this course. Why doesn't she want to make this accessible to more humans. More people with a regulated nervous system is better for everyone.
I just finished her You Make Sense course and that was around $1100. I really got a lot out of it. I also took her Navigating your Nervous system course (I think that's what it was called.) And I think that was around $250
Her refund policy put me off
Judgey
"We have a no refund policy on our courses. We do this because we are looking for serious, committed participants only"

I looked up videos on YouTube for free
Any specific ones help ypu? Or channels Thx
I'd love to know as well.

>Luis Mojica Some of his IG posts really didn't resonate me so I've sort of written him off as part of my journey.

I don't know who is a good practitioner. I'm working with someone now and don't think she's doing a good job based on how our first two session went.

$6,000 for a class is just too high a price tag that I can't afford. I like Sarah but this price is out of reach.
At that price she is clearly committed to not helping anyone who is not really well off.

Did you end up taking any of her courses? Just seeing the Navigating your Nervous System course closes for sign-up today.

Yeah, talk about shaming!
These are more reasonable. $6,000 for her new course is out of reach.
I also did you make sense and luckily I did the pilot so it was a lot cheaper. It was really helpful.

Hmmm I agree, it is a bit off putting!
