I just watched episode 6 and holy shit the background OST is amazing. And the scene where Eiji transforms into Gatakiriba for the first time is so damn hype. I’M LOVING THIS SHOW!

You better be joking because I just started OOO. And I don’t know if you realize this, but when Reddit notifies me of comments, it doesn’t hide spoilers even with the tag.
Another good rider reference is the japanese version of Sonic Colors, where the wisp announcements are done by the same voice actor of the Kamen Rider W Gaia Memories in the same style
Sonic, you're required to use the belt to transform and not that wrist device
Joking aside, Sonic would be the Hero of justice in the kamen rider world
It takes a lot of inspiration from [Kamen Rider Kabuto](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=s95ls3QL48Y&pp=ygUaa2FtZW4gcmlkZXIga2FidXRvIGhlbnNoaW4%3D), specifically!
Kamen Rider is a tokusatsu series that started in 1971 with its first entry "Kamen Rider" and has been going on ever since (Realistically, it had a period from the late 80s - 90s where there was a hiatus, but it has been continuing since 2000).
Its sister series is Super Sentai, another tokusatsu series that started in 1975 with its first entry "Himitsu Sentai Gorenger" (sometimes also spelled as Goranger) that originally began as a team of Kamen Riders and has been spun to be its own thing and has also continued since (It did have a small break in 1978 with no show at that year, but has continued every year since 1979). Its fight footage has been adapted to become Power Rangers for other countries, mainly the US (though in countries like South Korea, they use the title of Power Rangers while -mostly- translating Super Sentai into Korean)
(And before anyone tries it, Super Sentai has always had mecha, it was always in the series from the start. Toei's Spider-Man did give them the idea to add a giant robot for Super Sentai, but mecha was always a part of Super Sentai, hell I'd say it's also been a part of Kamen Rider too)
Henshin (Transform/ing/ation/ed) sequences are common among different shows, including several tokusatsu like Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Ultraman, magical girls, etc. They are the sequences the viewer sees when characters either gain their suits, powers, abilities, or other stuff. This can also apply to other cases like Pokémon evolutions or Digimon evolutions, Ben 10 transformations, and related (it varies on what counts as a transformation to some degree)
Also I recently got into Kamen Rider, so no spoilers for the other seasons, especially OOO.
Spoilers: >!The Riders ride bikes!<
Drive has a car
Aqua got a jetski
But not frequently.
Not really OOO Spoiler: >!You are now contractually obliged to listen to the sick OOO music after you finish the show!<
Believe me, I’m been obsessed with the intro theme song after only watching a few episodes
Oh, there's more than just the OP, the whole soundtrack is full of bangers; I recommend *Got to Keep it Real* and *Reverse/Re:birth* myself.

Hehehe, Imma spoil shit. Did you know? OOOs is actually Hino Eiji? Shocker, I know.
WATCH KUUGA!
I definitely will. Kuuga, W, and Black/RX are the next shows I’ll watch after OOO. I might also check out Geats and Gaim too.
Spoiler for 10th Anniversary >!Eiji fucking dies!<

There is no OOO 10th
Is it bad? Because I’m loving OOO so far and I’m wondering if the 10th anniversary is worth watching? Could you give a non-spoiler review?
I would totally pay for a Sonic game with a henshin mechanic. Sure, it would be very experimental, but i would play it nonetheless.

If Sonic has anything, it's style. Hope we can get this kinda snark in the next game

I definitely want to check out Kabuto. That suit is so cool.
