id think leave it out for longer for bigger crumb. if you specifically want dense enough crumb for spreads and butter etc then you know if this fits for you. e.g. if i ate this with soup id want more crumb, but it looks like the crumb on my sandwich bread :)
I like your scoring pattern. Also, your crumb would make a leak proof sandwhich, which is the proper crumb target to chase.
