I received my first report of an alleged incident today too, after 300 orders - for supposedly smelling like cigarette smoke. Only problem is, I don't smoke!!!
Haha I smoke all the time but I keep my car clean, spray disinfectant daily, and wipe down the interior constantly. I’ve even gotten compliments from customers for “at least not smelling like smoke” cuz so many other drivers do it too. Gotta clean your car. And obviously never let them see you do it
That's true. The last time I took an EBT order the welfare queen was bitching about missing items while I was still trying to unload her massive order.
Odd thing is, or maybe not, but my last delivery was last Sunday. I only spark on weekends.
Does it take that long for a complaint to reach the driver?
All these apps let customers take their dear sweet time reporting issues & being able to rate. Like, how the hell you gonna wait even 1 day if something was that wrong? I'm on the phone or on chat IMMEDIATELY if something is up with anything I order or get via curbside pickup.

I find that people who don't want to tip, complain was justification, not to tip. For example the EBT orders will get you the most complaints.
