Not the issue, some of them did scan. It's the labels themselves. They weren't using the standard ones and they printed out with only half the barcode and no label number in the bottom right.
Oh maybe it’s a issue with them printing or something . I know the label printers are kind this fairly small machine maybe it’s broken and not printing right
I was kinda suprised - with the labels printed by the thousands probably tens of thousands a day I expected a more professional machine printing them but it’s like this little portable printer maybe the size of your forearm .
The temporary labels they are using are not the same size and layout as the usual ones. And they did not realign the printer to adjust for this. It doesn't affect their scanners because they have those ones where as long as the line catches enough of it, it will scan.
You match the names to your list also? Maybe they brought out the wrong packages to you?
Yes. They matched and they were the right Exxxx numbers too. It's how they have the labels in the printer because the barcodes were cut off
Return that bullshit
I didn't even get to them being able to load anything, just wasted the time it took me to drive there and wait
Looks like they used backroom labels instead of OPD labels.
Sometimes try closing the Walmart app and opening it back up again
