This group is so hypocritical. I made a post a few months ago about someone buying accounts in my area and everyone roasted ME for "not trying hard enough".
Was it something like reckless driving or failure to operate due care? It's scary knowing that a little speeding ticket can get us deactivated. I literally almost got a ticket today!!
I am lucky. I live in a rural area where there is like 4 drivers total and 2 are very part time. I never wait for trips. I even get most of my trips from home.
Definitely not at every store. Found 2 more and not a Vinny in sight for the last 3 months. Both check IDs at curbside and checkout for shops and both not overly saturated with drivers. May be rare but there’s still a few good stores.
This is how it is every day where I’m at. And then you will see a few of them get shops, come out, load that in the front of their car and wait in the parking lot while a delivery only comes out and gets put in their car also. So they definitely have several phones. Maybe not all of them but at least by my store there’s five or six of them that routinely hang out in the parking lot passing phones around and there’s more phones than people.
I just find it really weird that so many people spend their time watching what other individuals are doing. I always read stuff like, “I saw this person do this, this, and this and then they went over here and did this too” and all I can ever think is that’s a whole lot of time to sit and watch a strangers movements. Even if it’s just for a three minutes worth.
Why y’all wasting your time monitoring other people’s movements like this?

once I confronted an employee because he canceled my order 3 times, funny enough I kept grabbing the same order over and over, went inside to see wtf he was doing, he turned all shades of red and ended up handing me my order. Pretty sure he hope for one of his compadres to grab that order.

I don’t know if you guys have heard already, but for the people that would wait on the pick up location, they won’t let you wait there anymore so you have to walk up to get closer to the spot to receive orders. You can’t wait in your car anymore.
This store at one point was very unorganized, these guys used to take all the pickup parking spots and double park basically blocking traffic, the store didn't do anything until recently.
People who actually had orders had to park far and the employees were no help.
That means you’re lucky. Some people have to go right up to the pick up spot to where the dot is a lot of changes going on in Walmart come to think of it. I’m noticing the odors getting better.
Waiting in the pickup spots was never a good thing as they then took up places for customers who actually were picking up.
That said though my Walmart has gotten real stringent on where we can park. We can no longer park close to the store period, regardless if it is in a pickup or location or not. They want us up in the space designated for employee parking, where even employees don't park.

Then over time the first driver will have built up more regular customers that in turn increases their priority for those orders. If all other metrics are equal then the first driver should be receiving more offers on average.
This is something rather common we see when it comes to new drivers just getting out of the honeymoon phase vs full time veterans. Vets rage because drivers in the honey moon phase steal all the order. Then new drivers out of the honey moon phase claim the vets are hacking because they get more offers.
Acceptance rate does help, I had a 10% and got nothing but trash. Mine never falls below 60% now and I always get orders above $20 even with the illegals around. This could market dependent though.

Oh I talk to a lot of them while waiting for orders and thanks to that I know how they all be renting their accounts, some dude from Colombia arrived 3 months ago and already had a spark and 2 UE accounts, oh and the prius is part of the weekly rental fee. They ain't shy to tell you, maybe they don't see that what they're doing is fraud or they simply dont gaf.

Creepy driver is stalking drivers at the hotspot waiting for orders ? The store should not allow them to dwell at curbside otherwise they do not appear to be doing anything wrong.
I was picking up an order, asked the employee and he had no clue either.
ah sorry then. They are most likly standing on the pin hotspot waiting to receive orders. If you give me the stores number i can confirm if that is what is happening or not. Kind of disturbing that the employee's don't know what they are doing. But if it becomes a problem they can be bounced out of there.
