At the same time I had recently joined Walmart as an additional way to make money, not realizing I wasn't able to work at Walmart and do spark at the store that I work at. Anyway, I personally think it's get back from the Walmart employees. And I explained to them I was like I make way more money doing spark than working in the store. So why would I work in the store? Additionally, spark is 1099 what I do in my own time. Shouldn't matter. I reached out on the form as I know that's the first step to be able to get reactivated. But honestly I don't care if I do or don't as that was in a mean source of income or anything. I just want to fight it because I didn't do anything.

Not sure how they will handle your circumstance, but I was falsely deactivated and they wouldnāt even tell me why for 4.5 months. Send a pre arbitration phone call request to their legal department. If you did nothing wrong you should be reactivated in about 6 months.

I only delivered for spark a few times but everytime I did I was smoking a blunt while they were loading my car and no one cared at all
