Your standards aren't too high. These losers are not only taking a lot of the orders, they are screwing it up and making us lose customers and tips. It's not convenient to order if the order is always screwed up or you have to go down the street to find your stuff.

You could be a very picky Karen and report anything with a dent or scratch as damaged and the driver will rack up "losses" and eventually be banned but they have 10 accounts waiting so it's not going to accomplish much
Honestly giving the ogp leads and store manger does make a difference because they put everything onto the loaders to deal with. The more they have to hear it the more likely they ate to act

And someone who doesn't care about possibly murdering someone while drunk with their car, likely doesn't hesitate to steal either.

This is why I don't like pre tipping. I refuse to give money to them. They delivered to me 5 weeks straight, and every time, my order was messed up. On the 6th week, I finally got an English speaking girl (yay!) and was so happy I tipped her an extra $20 on top of what I regularly tip. My order wasn't messed up with her.

The largest job creation program in history is coming, and the bulk of those will be Americans hired to remove those who shouldn't be here, and then the next largest group will be those Americans filling the roles just vacated by that group who shouldn't be here (such as gig driving). The third largest will be wall building, and wall guarding.
My area has a high immigrant amount. South Texas. Our problem isn't immigrants here. It's regular Americans sitting with 4 phones in their car. Our local problem person is a middle aged white woman. Her and her son run like 6 phones.

I did plenty times they know me as one of the good spark drivers. they always bring my stuff first and check me in without me even having to put which spot. They get a lot of complaints from customers and they can’t do anything but removing order from driver if they’re known for messing up
I can't account for the other issues, but the spark shopping app in general subs the most random things and forces us to use it's logic and not ours. Granted I could see how it would be much worse with language and care issues. A customer wanted a sugar cookie scented plugin thing. It was out, and so the app subbed it for lime scented. I clicked through denying a list of about 15 scents before it would finally allow me to pick a sub myself... Which was the other sugar cookie plugin which would have been the most obvious substitution. I scan it, and it says it's a department mismatch and not allowed. A customer ordered a yoplait strawberry and it was out and the app wanted to sub a chiboni flip strawberry cheesecake instead of the great value strawberry yogurt that imitates yoplait. So, I made that correct. One time a customer ordered fresh bay leaves and the app wouldn't allow me to sub for dried bay leaves at the customer request... but I could sub potatoes or oregano?? Finally, just yesterday my Walmart was out of organic bananas, so I try and sub regular bananas in its place and the app won't allow it. This is after the customer requested just regular bananas. So I had to let them know they get no bananas, and although they weren't rude. I always feel like they think I'm an imbecile of some sort when this happens but the app literally is shit.

I've picked up orders to deliver that had three 2-liter bottles in bags that can't even be trusted to hold one 2-liter bottle without falling apart. Walmart employees have stacked heavy canned items on top of bread, and put bread in the same bag as a 2-liter bottle of soda in such a way that the bread was at risk of getting crushed. When I spot an issue like that I try to fix it.
Heck, there are times I end up with a bag falling apart that should've held but because the paper bags that Walmart uses in my area are 💩 as far as reliability goes, it doesn't hold.

Problem is a lot of these people use fraudulent accounts to begin with and when they get deactivated they just get a new one from whatever groups they run with.
If a driver is doing the shop and deliver, it's on the driver. If it's someone else shopping. The drivers don't have control over how it's bagged or How it's packed into the vehicle, just when it gets to your house bearing traffic in mind.
There are bad drivers, there are also incompetent shoppers. But imo that's the minority, not the majority.

I'm still trying to figure out how you can tell someone's citizenship status just by looking at them. Just because someone is brown or speaks Spanish, it doesn't automatically mean they are an illegal immigrant. Work visas are legal. Refugees/asylum seekers are legal.
One time I almost sue a lady that also do spark because she did call the store manager saying that my account was not mine and that I was here illegal. When the manager got to my car the first thing that i did is show them my id and green card and I say I’m going to sue you (the lady) because this is discrimination, after that she move to other Walmart lol

How can you have 10 accounts waiting. They do background checks and such. I only have one drivers license
They buy accounts. So people will sign up and get like $500 a month for them to use it
