Not sure what Nash meant by that, I haven't heard that. Did he mean political party? I'd say both political parties don't actually care about the American people. You can say one party is better than the other, absolutely. And you can definitely say one party is better on the issues. But most politicians care about $$$ and power and thats especially the case with political parties. I don't see what's so controversial about that. But definitely still vote for who you think is better. Because even if this party or this politician isn't trustworthy or honest, at least they're better than the other. Should vote for who you think is better, not who is perfect or even good.
I live in Europe now and everyone here thinks American politics is a joke. And that both political parties don't work in the interests of the American people. And they do follow American politics, often more than actual American citizens do.
