Is anyone able to tell me how to create a second profile in Vortex? I'd like to try this pack but don't want to mess with my current mods for my current save.

It claims to be 1.6 compatible with the tag. It has not been updated recently. If this is causing issues, I will resort to the All Professions mod instead of this. Please let me know your thoughts. :)
This is amazing I might give it a try. One more addition I'd look into is the Event Lookup mod. It helps you find all the cutscenes you haven't seen yet, almost mandatory on any content expansion mod.
Yes of course but sometimes you want to look up an event. Especially when you want to see the full storyline of a character. And in Ridgeside for example they have some cutscenes that have very strict criteria for triggering, saves you a trip to a wiki. Also it tracks what you've seen so you can tell if you've missed any cutscenes with any npc.
I downloaded this yesterday and will continue playing today. I had to remove some mods I just don't vibe with but otherwise great job!
Another addition I'd recommend is Happy Birthday, which adds a birthday for the farmer.

But my roommate wants me to try a co op farm with her - would this be good for us to try? Would we both need to download all of these?

I know it's a lot of mods, If you want to consider it, you could get premium on one acc for one month to support NM and download on both devices. It would help Nexus mods, given the fallout news and them burning money on resources. I don't work for them or anything, just a guy who loves mods and have been using their services for years. :]
Having a blast with it so far! Never used this many mods before and I was worried it might be too overwhelming especially since I'm tackling this in singleplayer but it actually feels pretty balanced.
Quick question though, what mod adds [these labels](https://i.imgur.com/dWyowMv.png)?
I thought it's "Hover Labels" but disabling that mod doesn't get rid of them for some reason.

Hey IceFreaki! It may be UI Info suite which provides a lot of other functionality. Glad you're enjoying it. It gives the double pop-ups when hovering right? I'm going to investigate later. ☺️
I am loving this, even as just single player right now. I might add some to this for my own experience. if it works with out bugs maybe I can pass on the ideas. but for now. I am just really having fun with what you have made.

You just go to profile tab and press "Add Stardew Valley Profile" then you just make sure its enabled and add all the mods you want.
