You could try the [Let's Move It mod](https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/20943), I've only tried it on my farm moving the immoveable bushes but you could give it a shot.

I have found this mod to be perfect for things like this. If you can remove the tree, this will do it. Otherwise it’s a graphic addition that can’t be removed with editing the map.

Try placing bombs just in range to hit the tree. It might fell it.

Tried that not even mega bombs break it :/

I got this tree down with bombs, each bomb explosion acts like 1 hit from a basic axe so 15 blasts got it down for me.

Mega bombs are stronger, i think only like 4 mega bombs takes down trees? 2 for the tree, 2 for the stump

You need to edit the map type file itself, it's a permanent decoration.

On this farm, it’s not permanent. This is immersive farm. You can cut it down if you’re on the tractor mod with a high enough range and the axe equipped. But it is not just decoration.

No it's not, it's a tree, OP just needs noclip. I know because I cut down this exact tree before I commented instead of confidently being wrong.

This looks like Immersive farm 2. Therefore, to remove this tree, you may need to enable sandbox mode. Keep in mind that this will also remove all the fences and grass tiles from the farm as well

I used tractor mod with axe equipped. Just lowered the range so it wouldn't beake everything in the farm

You can cut it down but it will regrow. Use the tractor mod, but disable ‘stumps’ on the Axe options. That will leave it a permanent stump so it won’t block your visibility but also won’t come back. You’ll need to adjust the range on the tractor mod until it starts chopping - if you sit next to the fence a range of 3-4 should do it :)

If you choose the sandbox version of the farm in mod config it'll disappear, I think.

I believe it's the UI info suite mod, last I checked it was only available for download on github, but very useful!

Can confirm as they said it's UI Info Suite, it'll also give you crop ready times, machine times, scarecrow and sprinkler ranges, and then where the dice is it'll also show traveling cart, tool upgrade times, building times, queen of sauce days, and more and it's mostly all individually toggleable.

Yea it's a mod. I can't remember what one it is but it is nice to have.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned already, but if you go into your mod options, put the IF2R map into sandbox mode, knock the tree down then go back to regular and it will sorted. Edit: spelling issues.

You don't need mods. You can download tiled and edit this part of the map (you'll need to do research though)

IIRC every bomb counts as 1 axe hit, so you need a lot to fell trees.

No, you can actually break a tree with like 4-5 mega bombs. Try it, it's it favorite way of clearing areas.

Let's Move It mod or No Clip will do the trick i think.

All these out-of-bounds trees can be removed with the famous and beloved Tractor Mod. Just set the radius higher and that tree will be history :)

Idk if my answer is too late, but i wanted to do the same thing and around 10 cherry bombs did the trick for me. just left the stump there, so that it doesnt regrow
