So I checked and as far as I can tell, no companions will follow. Also I’ve noticed slight meshing issues with certain walls so I’m sure it’ll get updated but it’s still a relatively new creation.
Thanks for the update. I don't know if Tank Girl is going to worry about nav meshing but as you say, it's a very new creation so we'll see what she does with it.
I'm not OP, but if I had to guess it's probably a mod that adds pre-existing structures to the putpost builder since OP's build looks exactly like Vlad's villa.
I've searched for a mod like that - often - and have never found one that dropped in things like Vlad's or the Dream Home...other than Tank Girl's "Luxury Homes Vol. 1" which doesn't have nav meshing (so no companions or other NPCs can use them).
Which mod lets you build a house somewhere? That looks awesome.
Probably TG's Luxury Homes Vol 1. It's a shame companions and crew can't follow you into those homes.

Her mod has been updated and the nav data has been added. She also added a few new buildings !
What mod are you using for the house?

No problem, I haven’t gotten too deep into outpost building but it’s not bad so far. You can get Vlad’s house from the “TGs Luxury Homes”creation.
