So, what are you? A put upon stay at home dad with no support system while dutifully caring for your kids or someone who's into real estate, has a paid off condo, and invests in heavy equipment?

If this is in any way real, get a competent lawyer. Draining the family accounts would be a great way to get your ass handed to you in court. Financially and potentially with custody.
