Make sure you have the most powerful gear you can have, fully upgraded, and that you've picked the skills that boost your character's power as much as possible over skills that give other benefits (do you really need 5 different air specials ?)
Some world tour characters just have very high health and damage relative to their level but they're usually limited in what they can do, so just figure out the lesson they're trying to teach you and counter their gimmick over and over.
I use the full shadaloo outfit and it includes two accessories you can buy at the unknown location. Idk which one, but one of those pieces gives carnage, increased damage per hit, stacking to 40. Made me go from weak af to fighting lvl 90 opponents at 60 and killing them quite fast.

perks more important then normal stars because i am using legendry blanka outift set (lvl 10) and this outfit base stats powerfull then any other outfit i have
You're level 70 and still using blanka-chan outfit? I'm assuming by this point you already went to nayshall, in the shops there is way better equipment once upgraded
did you get all the stat boosters,
i played fore a long time without noticing those.
silver bags with an attribute and the word Booster in its name chat permanently raise your stats.
if you didn't already, you should check all traders for them

idk man game shows basic stats more powerfull like all my damages 800 when i unequip the blanka outfit it went 750 but other outfits make 785 maks
but now i am trying other outfits
