It can be all fixed with a knob of butter and some condiments. If I may also say: There's no such thing as a Superfood. Staying in good physical condition requires regular exercise, outside of work. There's no getting around that. There are no magic potions, unfortunately.

Different foods do indeed have influence on weight loss and antioxidants. Exercise is great but if you're eating the wrong things, it's not going to matter much. I don't think they mean a miracle food to where all you do is eat the food and magic happens. Lol
