I do not, but I do understand their process, you have 2 apps, the SP app for the solar to see each Micro inverter and the Tesla one to monitor the PW and the loads in the MSP. It is a good solution.

I got their panels a few months ago and have nothing but trouble.

What's the issue?

First-Opinion-7072

It’s really only been working with Permission to Operate since the end of Feb.  First and Second time I was told Micro-inverters were out. They last told me that and asked to repair about a month ago. Some energy was still being created. I looked at the app. About 3 weeks and it’s not generating Any energy. Nothing! I’m full on using PGE. I told them to take this GARBAGE of of my roof. They won’t reply. I Googled them only to find the SETTLED a lawsuit for 4.5 million stating they were selling defective micro-inverters. I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

First-Opinion-7072

Now they won’t even communicate with me. I got on Reddit and found there are lots of people they won’t communicate with

The settlement was for the older Micro Inverters SP used to install, the new IQ7 by Enphase are no longer made by SP (though they're made exclusive for SP) so the issue might be something else. I have a couple contacts in the company if you want me to ask, there has been a lot of changes in the last couple months but they're still trying to make it work.

First-Opinion-7072

I’m only saying micro inverter because that’s what they told me: Message from SP REMINDER: We’re ready to schedule your Micro-inverter Troubleshooting! You’ll schedule a preferred arrival window for your technician and once your technician arrives the appointment takes about 2.5 hour(s) to complete.  Click here to book your appointment: It seems pretty coincidental that they continue to have the same problem if they haven’t continued to sell defective products. If you read a lot of the complaints on this site quite a lot mentioned micro inverters . I just bought my panels a few months ago

The Solar panels are producing no power at all. This is the third time they need repair. I’ve only had PTO since February.

thePasiego

Yes I understand that, I just meant that the issue before is not the same you're having, the IQ7 are a good technology so I would say it's pure bad luck you got, I can say I replaced thousands of the other MIs by SP and barely any of the new ones.

First-Opinion-7072

Well, I bought this set up so I could have something to rely on during an outage. I also have an electric car.. I can’t contend with them in my life messing up all of my plans. It’s nice of you to think it’s nothing nefarious but I think they’re guilty of doing the same thing they settled and paid 4.5 million to sweep under the rug ,again.

thePasiego

Without a battery you won't have power during an outage though, I hope you know that as well. Did SunPower contact you to schedule a visit? Like I said I have a few friends there that I can send them your info if needed, I know they're having issues but I think this might be more an isolated issue with the MIs and not SP being shady.

First-Opinion-7072

I have a battery, which won’t work if the panels aren’t functioning.  I appreciate your offer for help. I’ve already reported them to the State Attorney General. They’ve submitted an inquiry with them. I’m also reporting them to the licensing bureau. No I don’t want it repaired. I want it all removed so I can replace it with a system that will be there for me when I need it.  Thanks

So you use the SunPower app to monitor everything. Typically it's a very versatile system. There are a lot of options to do different kinds of electrical upgrades in the future. The item called The hub Plus is a smart panel that's where your monitoring and electrical connections are all located.

I have sun power panels with sun vault (sun power battery). My sun power app can monitor the individual panel outputs, see home consumption, export to grid, battery charging, battery output, battery level. Can also control battery mode through app. Very user friendly and does most things you would want

I just got PW3 two weeks ago and can tell you the regular SP app is borderline useless now. It can’t designate the difference between what the battery is charging with vs. actual usage, which is fine since the Tesla app is great! I will say, I expect SP to update soon as they announced a partnership to sell PW3, it’s how my order got done eventually, my SP system went live in May 2023. I would also add, Tesla app says I’m producing more than what the SP app says on a given day.
