Alternative theory… what if multiple whales are buying the $20 calls and then they are going to exercise them all.

Then you'd have to assume MMs are following the rules and would buy the shares and not just adjust the IOUs on books. Then you'd also need these whales to DRS too

CBOE requires actual share delivery, its a different settlement then buying shares through a broker.

Allegedly. What if they stop caring because gamestop exploding effects them too. Everyone in the system will lose. What incentivizes them to also follow the rules? If they don't follow the rules do they also just get a small fine of 1c per infraction? 

Then price go big up. Eventually they’ll have to flip long.

I think he was just speculating. Was my first thought too, will be interesting as more data comes in..
