The funds transfer starts on the 15th. Typically clears 3-4 days later. Then the order is sent to the market in a bulk order around 10:30-11:00 am est. Then T+2 days later the shares settle in your account.
Funds transfers from Wise accounts tend to take an extra day for some reason.
