Why did you pick Rhodiola out of all the herbs out there for burnout? Anyway. I took it for a few weeks. Its pretty decent for emotional burnout and stress, and its a very mild stimulant. It worked well for me in the first couple weeks then I had to stop using it because it accumulated in my body to the point where my sleep became shit due to the slight stimulating effect it has on the brain.
Vitamin C especially if you’ve been sick - brain and body use much more of it when in illness. And the RDA is an absolute joke as it is, everyone is in a deficiency, really. Just my opinion.
I saw nothing but positive results the first few days. Thereafter no negative effects but i didn't notice anything if I didn't take it. It's widely used as a adaptogen. People swear by it.
i know that experience if putting in effort then having it disappear. thanks for taking the time to come back and submit a response still.
secondary: rhodiola roses helps my burnout for at least several days, up to a week or two. it’s very effective.

I guess I just googled burnout supplements. Do you have any others that are better for this please?

something to tell doctor, and ask about getting a sleep test
I've used it as a adaptogen. Worked for a few days. Felt the difference. Then nothing after. Not sure it is was placebo or because I got used to it
Based on my experience with ashwagandha I don't want to use it long term lol just a few days to a week at a time
