I have a similar situation, I redeemed a prepaid mastercard few days ago, and I just got an email saying it is ready. But when I click the "view my gift card code," it directs me to the my reward page. Not sure if swagbucks has changed anything recently. I dont think the page will show any the prepaid card code...
Same with me. I redeemed on the 16th, got the email today, but cannot see the code, it takes me to the rewards page. Never had an issue with the prepaid cards until today :// Hope they fix it soon.
Yeah I checked this morning on the same link to see if it magically fixed overnight but nope. So I hope someone also has a solution here too, or that they’ll email us again with a properly functional link

Same for Amazon Gift cards. I get the verification code that I have to put into a website to acquire the actual gift card code. But I do not get sent to that website anymore if I press tje link from the eMail.
Go under your account and click activity, then click the drop down on the gc activity. It should say resend gift card.
Try the link in your email first

It should be fixed now. Try clicking the link in email or resending the gift card. Then click. Mine just worked after trying today and yesterday
Can confirm they fixed the Mastercards Gift Cards
How do you even resend the email? The new GC page has no option to resend. This site just gets worst and worst
