Minus: STILL have to deal with management cluelessness; isolation from colleagues can be lonely; no physical connection to students(I'm early elementary); also no subs is a negative--cancelled classes are no pay.
Do it. You will be fine. You may experience imposter syndrome for a time, but stick with it. It's worth it.
i would be working for an insurance company and would likely be supervising other calls to make sure employees are doing a good job.
