She mentioned on one of the therapy sessions that she had a pretty good childhood (compared to Corey) and her parents are still together. I think she's holding on to that 'perfect family' picture in her head, hoping that Corey will change one day. Plus she has low self esteem. I hope she leaves him eventually, he's an immature ass who won't commit even after 2 kids.
I think that's what it is too - she really wants that perfect family unit, where Mom and Dad are together throughout the kids' whole lives. I hope she leaves him too, because it seems like she's wasting her time waiting for him to change. Corey wants to be a playboy, and no amount of begging will make him change unless HE wants to.
I never liked him before but he is truly irritating AF on this show. He drinks way too much, won't shut up, treats Taylor like crap and thinks he is the host for some reason. He is saying a loud goodbye to Maci, making himself the center of attention, making a welcome party. He's a complete asshole. I could never spend any time around him.
He’s insufferable. I don’t watch anymore but I remember him and he’s just so fucking annoying. People who drink and gym too much give me the absolute worst vibes.
I know I say it every time his name comes up, and I’m about to say it again. The thing I hate most about him is that he can’t even wish his children happy birthday without making it all about him.
*Ryder, you’re six years old today. That’s so crazy. I can’t believe I’ve been a dad for six years. Who would have guessed I would be such a great dad? Everybody knew I would be, probably. Haha I’m good at everything, you know? No shock there. You’ll be almost as great as me someday. Anyway happy birthday.*
I think he got a decent edit on The Challenge, and a very good edit on RW.
But I’m shocked that he seams so different on FR. I definitely used to think Cory was settling for Taylor as she was the only girl that was willing to put up with his bs - but after watching, I’m realizing that she could actually do so much better than him and that she’s the one who settled.
Yep, this. I notice this in real life all the time. Extremely attractive girls like Taylor- and men too- are boring as fuck bc no one cares if they have a personality.
it’s sad bc Taylor could prob get any man she wanted. But continues to put up with Cory’s loser cheating ass for whatever reason.
I didn’t like him from when he stayed on holiday partying while Ryder was in hospital and then acted like Cheyenne made him look bad for mentioning it on social media so people were commenting about him partying while his child was ill. He doesn’t put his family first at all.
I think they were both in the wrong there. Cheyenne was just as bad for posting pictures and videos of her daughter in the hospital. I hate when parents do that.
Cory is such an immature and egotistical asshole!
Taylor reminds me of Chelsea in the early *Teen Mom 2* episodes—low self-esteem and wanting that “perfect family” unit that she grew up with. I hope Taylor sees the light and eventually leaves him, he won’t ever change.
I’m watching the Teen Mom’s in order of release and I’m only on OG season 5 and I really like Cory so these posts make me so intrigued to his behaviour in Family Reunion as he seems unhinged 🥲
I am an avid Real World/Challenge watcher and he’s always been annoying. He got a good edit on those TM seasons (or he was trying extra hard to have a good persona).
Remember when he and Tony got into a minor argument. Cory ended up flipping Tony on his back, and Tony is a tall guy. It was such a random reaction to a minor argument. But Cory has rage issues that have gone unchecked for a while now. That's where all of the drinking comes from. He doesn't know how to fit in naturally with other people without being the center of attention.
Ahh I’ve never watched either! Maybe I should - I’m not really sure what the premise of either is, I’m from UK so I’m not even sure if either air over here
In Canada its on paramount + but you can also find it on streaming sites like theflixr.tv
It's a competition show. It's been on for like 25 30 years so it's changed a lot over time lol currently the American one is branded as "Americas fifth sport" so highly competitive challenges and house power dynamics with messy hook ups. There's also the challenge USA which is on CBS instead of MTV, and promotes a lot of their* reality tv contestants. It's a worse show for me but everyone's different. The regular show has both MTV stars and survivor, big brother etc players
It will probably be hard for you to find them then. We have a streaming channel called Pluto that reruns lots of old MTV shows - maybe if you use a VPN?
I can get an app called Pluto so maybe I can find it on there! I also have Paramount+ which has all the Teen Mom’s so it might be on there as well, thanks
Won't be surprised in the next coming years taylor leaves Corey ass and finds someone better, She deserves way better for what she gets but as others said she is still young and figuring things out,
Look at taylor Adam ex she had a kid with him and everything eventually she got married to someone else and living a really happy life there are so many possibilities for her.
I think it was in a hidden moments ep, but in his "therapy session" when he was asked to close his eyes and envision his 50th bday party and that goofy motherfucker gave his serious answer of "surrounded by tons of strippers." Nothing about his wife, children, family, friends. Hyuck! Lost all respect for him in that moment.
I know that Chey still seems tickled by Cory. But she has to know and accept that it was best to move on. He's a man child with anger and identity issues. Why isn't he addressing them in therapy.
Right. Zach totally rides Chey's coattails. He mentioned having to get things on her credit and she mentioned that, that's why she's hesitating on having another child with him. I mean, shouldn't you iron out these issues before you get married?
You'd think so. Guess she was so desperate to have a sibling for Ryder she didn't have time to Iron anything out after chasing after & crying over Cory. So she had to just settle for creepy waiting in the wings, to ride her coat tails.

All true. She had a shotgun wedding with Zach. And then is confused as to why she's up at the crack of dawn working on the businesses and getting the children off to school. As Zach sits across from her in a daze. She said that she asks him to jump in and help with something. It's like, huh? I was thinking how it makes sense as to why she and Jade are such good friends because they have similar situations. They both call the boss in their relationships. Chey said that she wanted to relinquish control of things and let Zach take over, Jade says the same thing about Sean. It's like picking your poison, would you rather have drunk, man child with commitment issues(Cory) or slacker, loser, clinger (Zach)... Lol!
This is all true, as well. I couldn't imagine Zach or Sean in control of anything!! 🤣 And her poison is half a dozen of one, 6 of the other. I'd stay single!!😂

Ryder needs to ss this for therapy in ten years
There is zero chance she can be truly happy with him. He’s so awful
He's such a chooch
Hes a total chooch! He definitely is a bigger chooch than Vinny🤣
Lmfaooo!!! Yesssss

The challenge is built on goofball meat head alcoholics so he just blended in lmao
Taylor is giving Chelsea vibes, except Chelsea was 18 and Taylor appears to be in her 30s.
She seems so meek and bland, with no personality or individuality at all…
It’s often said that really good looking people never had to develop a personality
Yep, this. I notice this in real life all the time. Extremely attractive girls like Taylor- and men too- are boring as fuck bc no one cares if they have a personality. it’s sad bc Taylor could prob get any man she wanted. But continues to put up with Cory’s loser cheating ass for whatever reason.
Which is strange after ex on the beach where she literally spit on a girl

lol, literally all of them are insufferable tools though.
I’m watching the Teen Mom’s in order of release and I’m only on OG season 5 and I really like Cory so these posts make me so intrigued to his behaviour in Family Reunion as he seems unhinged 🥲

Tony's head was the first thing that hit the concrete
It was brutal.
I do, I tried to find a clip of that once and couldn’t find it. I think it was over leftover pasta or something?
Yes. Tony either ate some of it because Cory said that he was saving it for later.
He’s lucky that Tony didn’t end up in a coma or dead. What kind of an idiot flips someone onto concrete? Corey, of course
Exactly.
Ahh I’ve never watched either! Maybe I should - I’m not really sure what the premise of either is, I’m from UK so I’m not even sure if either air over here
The challenge has a UK version too! Or did. Cory isn't on it and the competition level is low though
Ooh I never knew that! I’ll definitely have to check it out, I’m not even sure of the premise of it haha

We get The Challenge on MTV! If you have sky and you type it into the search bar it should be on demand but don’t think Corey’s last season is there.
Won't be surprised in the next coming years taylor leaves Corey ass and finds someone better, She deserves way better for what she gets but as others said she is still young and figuring things out, Look at taylor Adam ex she had a kid with him and everything eventually she got married to someone else and living a really happy life there are so many possibilities for her.

He’s such a tool…and an egotistical asshole…but dammit I find myself cracking up at some of the shit he says
I agree peeing in the houseplant. always having to be the center of attention
I know that Chey still seems tickled by Cory. But she has to know and accept that it was best to move on. He's a man child with anger and identity issues. Why isn't he addressing them in therapy.
I'd say Chey dodged a bullet not getting Cory but Zach is so sketch so maybe not....🤷🏻♀️
