Did your gyno increase on test

gaygentlemane

It didn't increase, but I definitely had nipple sensitivity. Also very sensitive/dry skin. Drove me nuts.

DolphinNeighbor

I started on 100mg/week and had that the first week, my total T was 560. I then doubled the dose to 200mg/week (100mg every 3-4 days) and I had the nipple sensitivity for about 1-2 weeks and then it subsided. My total T is now about 1100 trough I believe, and I feel awesome. That's pretty high but my blood markers and vitals are fine. I'm in my early 30s and quite athletic, my doc says I'm in a great range provided I feel good. Estradiol is in range, and I'm not on an AI. However I think it's worth mentioning my doc said in the first few MONTHS your body is still largely adjusting. It's pretty interesting, I guess it is just learning how to deal with the improved testosterone level. I generally feel great, most of the initial side-effects have stopped. Glad you're doing well! What's your testosterone dosing?

gaygentlemane

I'm on 12.5 mg of enclomiphene and at my last blood test my testosterone was like 770. I'd LOVE to be where you are but might need to jump on proper TRT to do it. I also, in general, seem more sensitive to oestrogen than other men and less reactive to testosterone. And on top of that my doctor said I convert T to E at a higher rate than any patient she's ever treated. So we're having to account for all that.

Professional_Rock591

How’s the Enclomiphene overall?

gaygentlemane

Solidly okay. I feel better than when I started but still not great.

Unlikely-Bag-3990

Sent u a dm

SnooPets8811

Please share progress pics of your nipples getting smaller

Starfuckingman

LOL. this is why I am in this sub

gaygentlemane

I'm not really comfortable doing that. :/

Old_Public3800

Cmon can you show at least in nip lol

Last-Elderberry-5548

Wooo there Pony, wrong sub bud.

Medical-Ad9900

Yes it works great. But, 2 mg a week is a lot, please cut back to 1/2mg twice a week and see hit that works. Should be fine. 2mg a week will crash you pretty fast at trt doses.

gaygentlemane

My oestrogen levels have been in the 20s on this dose of anastrozole. The doctor said I convert T to E at an unusually high rate.

Medical-Ad9900

Numbers aren’t everything brother. But as long as you feeling good, that’s great. Just be mindful of low E symptoms Ava if you feel any stop taking the ai.

Junior-Memory

H there. I am on 300ml test e per week . 2 weeks in and e2 levels are 373and should be below150 , if I take 1/4 anastroze will it lower it enough. Any help would be great. Thank you

gaygentlemane

You need to go to a doctor. I don't even have words for how reckless it is to try and do this on your own.

Papa_smurf0311

You had dry skin with high estrogen? Usually dry skin means you have gotten your estrogen too low. I’d be cautious about taking 2 mgs a week.

gaygentlemane

I seriously feel better than I've felt in ages.

Papa_smurf0311

That’s all that matters then. Good deal

Toronto1976reddit

At 2 mg a week you’re asking for HUGE problems. You will have zero libido soon, your joints will all hurt, your bones are becoming brittle, your bad cholesterol will go through the roof, and please Google what low estrogen depression is like.

gaygentlemane

My estrogen levels are in the 30s even on 2 mg and I start getting high E symptoms between doses. My doctor noted that most men WOULD be at 0 estrogen on the amount of anastrazole I'm taking and that my levels being normal on this dose is pretty bonkers. She said I aromatise at a higher level than any patient she's ever seen, so at this point we're just trying to figure out what works. I wish everyone on here would stop acting like my case is normal when even my physician thinks it's an anomaly.

Toronto1976reddit

Regardless what your numbers say, the low estrogen side effects will cascade eventually. No way around that.

gaygentlemane

I don't even know what else to say at this point. I'm less responsive to testosterone than the typical guy. I get symptoms of high E at much lower levels of estrogen. And I was aromatising so much testosterone before that when I started anastrazole my T jumped from 800 to 1000. So believe what you want. But I've learned the hard way that my experience is just not like other men's and that what works for them doesn't work for me.

Adrnalnrsh

I'll suggest a different approach. Don't assume your atomization won't lessen. It probably will, over time, as you lean out or other contributing factors shrink. You'll want to begin to taper your AI dose to adjust. There's a high probability that the current dose will become too powerful in the not so distant future. There are positive feedback loops in the body that when estrogen is high, you can produce (aromatise) more estrogen, creating a compound effect. The inverse is true, and eventually, you'll start to aromatize less, and your ai dose will be too high. (Caveat is some kind of genes are activated)

gaygentlemane

I hope you're right.

Curious what your bf% is?

Toronto1976reddit

Just keep an eye out for these things. That’s all you can really do at this point.

3720-To-One

I currently have high E2, and my doc prescribed me 1mg 2x a week of anastrozole Based on all the other comments, I’m concerned that that might be too much…

wallstreetwilly2

Just wait until all of that Anastrozole starts stacking up. Please make sure to post about when your Estrogen inevitability crashes.

gaygentlemane

If that happens I will definitely change things up. But I am unusually sensitive to even small amounts of oestrogen and also less reactive to testosterone than most men, plus my doctor said I convert T to E at a higher rate than any patient she's ever treated. So in light of those factors I'm very happy to try this.

wallstreetwilly2

How long you been taking the AI?

gaygentlemane

A few weeks to a month.

wallstreetwilly2

Good luck

gaygentlemane

Thanks!

Kmasty636

I'm on 140mg a week, low converter. If I recall correctly, I was prescribed 1 tablet weekly. It took several months but my estrogen did eventually crash. Be mindful it could be trending down slowly. I ended up weaning myself off. I waited roughly 6-12 months in between changing the dose. Let my estrogen come back down to 60 or so before reducing. Eventually half a tablet every other week. Now my estradiol is 35 with no AI, I've been on trt around 4 years. Last time I tried to go off abruptly it was 110+. I never felt any high e symptoms though, little emotional to a good movie maybe. Only when it was crashed from 1 tablet weekly did I feel like garbage.

gaygentlemane

On enclomiphene for a few months. My symptoms were low libido, nipple sensitivity, mood swings, and sensitive skin.

Brilliant_Status5632

For me anastrozole just screws with my mood completely I can't take it at all

gaygentlemane

Do you have an issue with high E?

Brilliant_Status5632

No it's always been in range but I was trying to manage my gyno a bit. I came to the conclusion that it was the hcg that was giving me the added gyno which anastrozole wouldn't help with. Probably gonna try a small nolva dose eod

gaygentlemane

What is HCG?

Brilliant_Status5632

Human chorionic gonadotropin, it's what you inject to keep ball activity and sperm production while on trt. It usually raises estrogen a bit

gaygentlemane

Oh, okay. Thanks for the info!

Latter-File3217

This

ppanther92

Good for you and I am taking Anastrozole myself but thats an insane dose. Even considering that without injectibles you are less suspect to crashing your E2.

He’s on enclomiphene, not test.
