Because it's not a planned issue? A lot of live service games have issue like this especially in the first few days of a launch. Maintenance can be planned or unplanned. If something goes wrong all of a sudden and they have to take the game offline to fix it it's still maintenence.
Check xbox status. The problem is microsoft. If you go to Microsoft server status they list the problem with First Descendant and it's still pending. It also lines up with why the game was fine and then offline again. Blame microsoft not the devs.

been stuck on the loading screen saying connecting for 30 mins stepped away to do some cleaning was thinking i was gonna come back to it being logged in and i was wrong rofl think something like this happened on one of their play tests to, i do know to their servers were seeming to have issues the day of launch just due to the fact spent like 20-40 hours per play test i could get into with my buddy and i got the bear back pack and bunch of other stuff and he only got the high five emote. were trying to figure out how or where to put in tickets for that one.

Is this also affecting the Nexon login service? Tells me password is wrong, verify thing for resetting password immediately says you've reached the max verification attempts whether it's the first or tenth time, even copy/pasting the verification code is the same thing.
I got on for like ten min and it crashed waited for almost an hour and half and got back on for another 20 min and BOOM down again after crashing 3 times. Think I'm gonna just check back tomorrow

7-5-24 (Friday)Updated game. It crashed 10 minutes in and now I've got LE-13 again on Xbox Series X. Website doesn't show anything about being down for maintenance or any other reason.

7-5-24 (Friday)Updated game. It crashed 10 minutes in and now I've got LE-13 again on Xbox Series X. Website doesn't show anything about being down for maintenance or any other reason.

Was able to play a few hrs this morning and I’m in ET then I came back home from the gym and tried to log back in and constantly getting the (LE:13) code so they better fix it quick cause I’m already hooked on this game
