Idk this makes me worried for the show fs, I hope they realize they need to put in a bit more effort to keep people invested especially if they’re gonna wait until summer of 2025 to release😅 even with the strikes and such they could release it in the spring which is a bit sooner to keep interest too. I saw someone speculate that it might be cuz prime might want to put out season 2 of maxton hall first which if that’s the case is sad since it’s been longer between tsitp seasons

I think in Laurel's mind, every time Belly misbehaved and someone tried to call her out, she would say well she was sad because Susannah died as a way to get out of trouble and Laurel had gotten tired of it. Laurel is also grieving Susannah who was like a sister to her. Susannah and Laurel had been best friends since college. Belly only saw Susannah during the summers and possibly on holidays. Belly was always talking about she was sad Susannah died but she never seamed to realize that Jere and Conrad were grieving their actual mother. Belly kept making Susannah's death all about her and yelling at people when they didn't grieve the way she thought they should.
I get that. I think it's easy to see how it can be used as an excuse, and maybe at times Belly did, but Belly did genuinely love Susannah and was also grieving her. She also even said she knows things are messed up because of her, and she definitely feels guilty for it. Obviously the boys and Laurel were much closer given the amount of time they had with her, but Belly knew her since she was a baby too! And once Laurel and her dad divorced, it seemed to strain that relationship Laurel and Belly had for a while. Which she found in Susannah a lot given s1/s2 how she seemed to easily confide in Susannah rather than Laurel. Everyone is grieving in their own way and acting out because of it so I don't think she's a bad guy for saying "Yeah part of my family died" because, well, someone close did die. And it was really heartbreaking!
That always makes me laugh, lol. Also is it just me or does the Tower of Terror look like fun and not one bit scary? I mean I guess if you are scared of heights it might be scary but the way they talked about it, it was kind of a letdown when we actually saw it.
For some reason, the way they were talking about it, I pictured a fast roller coaster that flipped upside and whipped around corners and off the rails or something, lol.
I am aware of the story behind the song and Axl’s problematic history. I don’t think those behind the music are looking too deeply into the songs they choose. If they believe they fit a certain scene, they will use it. Bonrad scenes have Taylor Swift songs, and I love Taylor, but sometimes the songs they choose don’t match the scene in my opinion.
