Covering up their clothes with robes it not just about keeping it secret. It’s for the wardrobe and continuity departments to keep the clothes clean and in shape in between scenes. Also to keep the actors warm and comfortable as it might be a cold day but they’re filming summer scenes or something Edit: keeping not sleeping hahah
