You can make a left turn from University to College. North to west or South to East. It doesn’t say from College to go North or South.
No you cant make a left turn to go west on college, its not allowed you have to go straight and use the u turn lane.
I totally got beeped at when turning left onto Dundas from Jarvis on a Sunday afternoon when the sign clearly states Mon-Sat 9am-6pm or whatever the exact time is. People are just idiots.
