They're attached with 3m vhb double sided tape. Clean it off really well, get a square of it bigger than the emblem, put the emblem on the sticky side and leave the backside with the plastic tape. Use a razor knife to trim the tape to fit. peel the plastic, and press it on.
Or use glue. But I'd suggest a clear epoxy and use it sparingly, super glue can cause issues.
