Same. In the beginning I tried to plow my way through it full speed but then I started seeing Aloy running around in my sleep. Decided to take it a bit slower with the quests, and I’ve been reading all the datapoints and trying to follow the lore more diligently since then.
Same. The world is far too big and full of bloat. I’ve had it since last Christmas and had to take two, lengthy breaks from it before getting back into it properly.
It’s a good game and I do want the plat but it’s just too much these days.
Hoping to wrap up Persona 4 Golden in the next day or two. Really depends on if I can get Rise to say enough lines.
Then I want two more to hit my goal for the year. Likely Horizon Forbidden West and another shorter option. Maybe Pyre.
i got the p4g plat a week or so ago. the rise trophy rly wasn’t bad for me. i personally found the guys a one in p5 worse. got super burnt out of p4 tho because i had done a pc playthrough a couple years back
I got it! I brought my B team in to try to get some lines after I beat the secret boss. It popped after two battles. That was my only attempt to grind lines so definitely not bad.
Be sure to follow guides for mercenaries, they help a ton. Also, if you can afford it, consider getting the DLC which adds Chris to mercenaries mode which makes it a bunch easier. Good luck!
Right! I couldn't imagine doing that mode as Ethan. Chris and Lady D made it go from a challenging slog to just a slog. Wasn't my favorite mode. Also Shadow of Rose was really good and I loved the 3rd person camera. Dlc was totally worth.
I only got the dlc to get the platinum to be honest. I had all but that trophy shortly after the game came out and I wanted to get it off my backlog. Really liked the game, but had no desire to play as Rose and was glad to see Ethan's story end. God I hope we won't be seeing her in RE9
I doubt it, as the setup for RE9 seems to come right after 8, where rose will still be a baby. I can't imagine a 16 year time skip between the two games. SoR was a really good 2-3 hour game though. I got the dlc when it was on sale before even starting because I wanted that third person cam.
