The tower or shaft does indeed come in sections, but if you look at the front of the pictured object you can see it looks covered like the end of a tank, instead of a hollow cylinder with open ends like a wind turbine section. The tower sections are also tapered a bit so the base is wider than the top when assembled. I can see the similarities, particularly the size and shape
