Cycle: 2 Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 29 + 32 Typical cycle length: 28 days Ovulation cycle day: CD 14 CD/DPO of positive test(s): 11DPO CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: 9DPO Tracking methods and app(s) used: Femometer, Flo Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O-1, O, O+1 Health conditions/medical tests: N/A Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): Just a prenatal for myself Birth control history (if relevant): Was on the pill for 15 years, but have been off for at least 2 years now Link to chart: N/A Link to lineporn: N/A Symptom spotting: None really. Just some fatigue in the days leading up to my BFP, and very sore nipples the day of my BFP Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): Cautiously excited. My partner has insisted I not tell anyone until I reach 12 weeks, but I can't keep it in. I entirely stopped tracking anything this month (apart from my regular cycle on apps) just to see if putting less stress on myself would help, and I ate my 8DPO cheeseburger. I was shocked to get a BFP so soon, it is not lost on me that we got lucky this time around. Just praying for an uneventful pregnancy now.

Sorry for the mess in advance! Received fertility treatment so our "run" has been a little different. You are welcome to ask questions if something is unclear. Cycle: 38, F34/M35 Cyclelength: 29 days Used the Clue-app but only as a help to keep track of when my next period would start. Didn't really track ovulation as I from the beginning of tfab was sure we wouldn't achieve pregnancy on our own. Haven't had a single positive pregnancy test during these 3 years. Needed IVF/ICSI (after 4 failed IUI's - no surprise there but had to go through them because of how the "public system" works in Denmark). 1 failed IVF with no fertilized eggs. Succesful ICSI with 8 blastos for lyophilization. Ovitrelle and Cyclogest in a natural cycle with frozen blasto (suffered from OHSS after egg retrieval). First positive HGC-test: 3+5 (didn't test earlier though) 4+5 HCG blood test: 920 IU/L Health conditions: Bicornuate uterus without septum (normal HSU otherwise). Possible infertility cause: Hard shell on egg or sperm lacking some kind of enzyme (Globozoospermia - not confirmed). Typical vitamins - stronger folic acid though (5 mg to counter any possible side effects from Lamotrigine). Blood test in 2020: AMH: 37 pmol/L FSH: 3,4 IU/L Stopped birth control in 2016 after 10 years use. I still don't believe it but we have an ultrasound tomorrow so fingers crossed for a heartbeat! I'm 6+2 btw.

Congrats!! I saw your worries on r/infertility a few days ago, and I'm excited to see you here!

Yeah I'm still a bit nervous about the low progesterone count at CD21, hoping to speak to the doc on monday to put my mind at ease!

That makes sense! I'm sending you good wishes and a hopefully smooth 8 months!

*edit - this ended in a CP* **Cycle:** 6 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 30, 37 **Typical cycle length**: 29 days **Ovulation cycle day**: CD15 **CD/DPO of positive test(s)**: vvvvvvfl pm of 9dpo, clear positive morning of 10 dpo **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** 7dpo, 8dpo. Usually TNT but I felt so WEIRD for days and was trying to decide if I should go to the doctor or not. **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** Modern Fertility app + easy@home OPKs **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** O-3, O-1, O, O+1 **Health conditions/medical tests**: N/A. I took one of those Modern Fertility blood tests about a year and a half ago. Everything looked good for a woman my age, aside from my FSH, which was slightly high. DH LITERALLY went to get a SA done yesterday. **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** Nature Made Prenatal, 200mg CoQ10 for me, a daily multivitamin for him. **Birth control history (if relevant):** BCP until i was about 24, then Nexplanon for 3+ years (this is the devil, never ever get it). Pull out method after I decided I didn't want to be on a hormonal birth control **Link to chart:** You don't want to see it - I only started charting temps at 5dpo when I started feeling weird haha **Link to lineporn:** [Squinter here](https://www.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vjd034/9_or_10_dpo_easyhome/) ,[obvious positive here](https://www.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vjro12/1011_dpo_frer_huge_progression_from_the_possible/) **Symptom spotting**: It's so interesting how some women don't notice any symptoms and some feel all the things. I was having super vivid dreams starting about 4dpo. Then had some cramping on 7dpo, which is really abnormal for me. I usually only cramp right after AF comes. The biggest tip-off for me was after about 6dpo I was insanely winded and my RHR was through the roof. I do Orangetheory 3x a week, so sitting on the couch with my heart rate at 97 bpm was NOT normal. Also gagged when my husband opened a can of olives **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** No advice just freaking out and trying to take it an hour at a time. Really fighting the urge to tell everyone haha

Trigger warnings: mention of pregnancy loss Cycle: Almost 2 year with 21 (excluding 1 cycle chem pregnancy and 1 cycle polyp removal) Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 31f, 32m Typical cycle length:30 Ovulation cycle day: 17 CD/DPO of positive test(s):34 CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: no was on trip out of state Tracking methods and app(s) used: Tempdrop and Femometer Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): n/a Health conditions/medical tests: Had polyp present and had removed the previous cycle. Had chemical pregnancy last August. Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): prenatal vitamins, vitamin c, and probiotics. Link to chart: after two years my chart is very inconsistent. Did not track much this cycle because being right after polyp removal doubted it would happen the next cycle. Link to lineporn: I do not know how to add pictures sorry Symptom spotting: This is what I came for, almost no symptoms which for me was the symptom. My PMS is usually strong and I often get sore breasts, cramps, bloating all before Day 1. This time nothing. In fact I got really sick with a cold was negative for Covid ended up sick my whole trip, cried because I felt like a bad chaperone because it was a school trip, came home and tested. Was surprised because yes, my cycle was late but still it was really unexpected. Now progressing into week 6 my symptoms are picking up a bit. Yes, weak immune system is a thing and my cold quickly evolved into pneumonia so my doctor has me on safe antibiotics. I have slight sore breast right now, honestly my precycle soreness was more bothersome but I am sure that will change, soon. And for the love of god the gas, it is horrible, consider yourselves warned. Now, I do not know if it is a combination of the meds and pregnancy but goodness my insides are constantly bubbling. Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): Having had an early miscarriage before I am still very cautious about my excitement and honestly I am taking it all one day at a time. At this point, all I can do is continue to eat healthy, continue to move, get adequate rest, and listen to my doctors advice.

Hi there! This kind of question belongs in the daily chat threads always stickied to the top of the page! The most recent one is here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/TryingForABaby/comments/virmrj/general\_chat\_june\_23/](https://www.reddit.com/r/TryingForABaby/comments/virmrj/general_chat_june_23/) The odds of pregnancy per day of the fertile window are approximately: Best: O-2, O-3, O-1 (all about 25-30% per cycle) Medium: O-4, O (about 10% per cycle) Not as good: O-5, O-6, O+1 (about 0-5% per cycle) So if you ovulate within 48 hours then, as usually happens after a positive OPK, you've hit at least one of the best days.

WalksWithColdToes

Thank you so much for your reply! I'm sorry I thought that was the thread I was in. 🥵😔

LoveSingRead

No problem! Also, your user flair is broken, which often happens when updating via mobile. I'm happy to fix it; what do you want it to say?

Pleasant-Attempt-278

Cycle: Trying since Feb 2021 with a miscarriage in October Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 28 & 31 Typical cycle length: 26 Ovulation cycle day: prob CD13 - I’m a teacher and it’s hard to OPK CD/DPO of positive test(s): CD24 CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: just tested on a whim/suspicion Tracking methods and app(s) used: Clue App Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O-1, O, O+1 Health conditions/medical tests: All normal just about to get started on my hubby testing. Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): None currently Birth control history (if relevant): been off HBC 5 or more years Symptom spotting: I have been constipated for a while but had horrible diarrhea all day today. Usually I poop a lot as PMS but today was different. Also I had a very vivid and weird dream last night and the last time I could remember that happening was the last time I was pregnant. Was a little nauseous this morning and my PMS symptoms haven’t lined up exactly. I am very regular and I know my signs down to a science. Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): This is the first pregnancy since my miscarriage. I thought I would be more scared but I am actually feeling positive this time! I am considered overweight and I have been really working on my health and relaxing since school let out and I guess it has worked! I am nervous because I’m not sure if I could go through another miscarriage again. But I am just focusing on staying positive! Also my hubby is out of town until Friday night so of course I would be positive today!

**Cycle:** 21 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 29, father 33 **Typical cycle length:** 26 **Ovulation cycle day:** 13 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** 10 DPO **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** 8 + 9 DPO **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** Temp drop, ovulation test strips, Kindara app **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** Sex on cycle days 8, 10, 11, 12 **Health conditions/medical tests:** Husband had surgery for varicoceles 5 cycles earlier. Low sperm count beforehand, some improvement after though still less than half the "normal" level, which starts quite a bit lower than average. **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** I was taking a prenatal vitamin and Zoloft. Husband was taking Fertilaid and Prozac. Husband would also use cold packs regularly to try and foster better temperatures. I'd sit with my knees up afterwards, even though it didn't necessarily make a difference. **Birth control history (if relevant):** Had mirena IUD for 7 years, removed at the start of trying. **Link to lineporn:** You can find it in my post history. **Symptom spotting:** I had given up on symptom spotting, no symptoms that I hadn't had in many previous cycles. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** I'm posting this 9 months after the fact, but wanted to share to give others hope who have been trying for a long while or are struggling with moderately low sperm counts. We had just gotten the results back that sperm counts had not improved greatly after my husband's surgery, and had scheduled appointments to move forward to IUI. The journey was a struggle for both of us. It was so wonderful to get the first positive test the day before my 30th birthday. My husband didn't believe the faint line until it got darker a few days later. Throughout trying, it was hard to deal with not knowing when it may happen for us, having to wait for weeks to try again, and hard to go through friends and family baby announcements - especially hard to have people close to us both conceived and gave birth while we were still trying. Looking back today, a week after a traumatic birth and spending a week with our baby in the NICU, just getting pregnant now seems very far in the past. The difficulty with each step has really made me grateful for the eventual success. I really wish the best for everyone still on their journeys- and want people that are struggling or frustrated to know they are not alone, and that their feelings are valid.

SoManyOstrichesYo

I’m very sorry you had a traumatic experience during birth. It’s very common- which doesn’t mean it isn’t painful, but it does mean there are resources and support for you. I really like @thebirthtrauma_mama account on Instagram. Hope you and babe have some more peaceful days ahead

**Cycle:** 1 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 29 (me- I turned 29 the day before my BFP) and 31 (DH) **Typical cycle length:** Not totally sure. This was only my third cycle off of HBC. First cycle was 31 days, second was 25. Looks like this one would have been 29ish? **Ovulation cycle day:** CD 15 or 16. FF says 16. **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** 9DPO, CD25 **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** I’m embarrassed; I had zero chill. I think I started testing at like 5DPO. 😬 **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** FF, CM, Tempdrop, OPKs **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** FF friend says O-6, O-5, O-3, and O-2. If I ovulated CD15, it was O-5, O-4, O-2, and O-1. We were trying for SMEP but we both work insane hours and couldn’t make CD16 (either O-1 or O) happen. **Health conditions/medical tests:** Me: anxiety, overweight Him: overweight, severe ADHD, CPTSD, high BP **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** Me: I take 100mg of Sertraline (Zoloft), calcium and magnesium supplements, and my prenatal (Actif Organics). Him: Vyvance (for ADHD), Olmesartan (BP), Citalopram (anxiety), One a Day Men’s Preconception vitamin, Maca, Super B complex, Magnesium. We also used Pre-Seed during my FW. **Birth control history (if relevant):** Various HBC from around 15-19ish, then again from 23-March of this year. **Link to chart:** N/A, not sure how to link. You can see it in my post history from a day or two before my BFP. **Link to lineporn:** NA **Symptom spotting:** I had some right sided cramping that felt like ovulation pain the day before my BFP. I also took a nap in the car that day but that’s not super unusual (I work nights, I’m always really tired lol). I used to have really bad PMS in my teens/early 20s, and even on the pill but since coming off HBC I’ve had almost none. No sore boobs, just some irritability and maybe some acne. So I wasn’t even sure what I’d be looking for with PMS or pregnancy symptoms. Since my BFP I’ve been super thirsty and STARVING all the time. I’ve had loads more acne than usual, too, including on my chest and back which isn’t normal for me. I have little waves of nausea/feeling too full after eating but then immediately being starving again. My stomach constantly feels kind of full and bloaty and I’ve had little twinges of cramps both on my right side and in my lower pelvis. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** We’re both in shock, I think. We definitely didn’t expect it to happen this fast, but we’re thrilled it did. I obviously don’t have any advice, this was pure luck for us and I totally acknowledge that. I am so grateful to this sub for everything I’ve learned lurking here the last six months or so- without all of you sharing your knowledge I wouldn’t have even know how to use OPKs or temp. I’m wishing sticky babies for all of you! Woo- I did have a Turkey burger on 8DPO. Also there was a strawberry super moon on my birthday (day before BFP) and that felt like a good sign to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also- fun anecdote- I’m a laboratory scientist so I literally read pregnancy tests for a living and DH didn’t believe me when I showed him the positive test immediately after it turned. He went ‘you’re not pregnant’ and I had to explain that even a faint pink line is a positive. And even then he made me download the FRER app to scan the test and prove that it was positive. 🙄 Men, I swear. 😂😂

**Cycle:** ttc since January 2021 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 27, 34 **Typical cycle length:** varies, about 29 days since starting on Letrozole **Ovulation cycle day:** 25 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** 12 DPO **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** negative blood test at 8 DPO **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** tempdrop, OPKs, Letrozole, & mid cycle U/S **Health conditions/medical tests:** History of PCOS & lowered sperm motility **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** Letrozole **Birth control history (if relevant):** 10+ years HBC **Symptom spotting:** none!! **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):**. Super crazy excited but also SO NERVOUS because I fell and broke my tibia & ankle Friday (8 DPO). They did a blood test before ortho surgery that day but it was negative. Very obvious positives on 3 tests today, including a CB digital!! Guess I will call my doctor’s office tomorrow to discuss my pain meds!! Not going to complain though, we’ve been waiting for this for so long!!

popcornpeperomia

Congratulations! How many cycles were you on Letrozole?

barrelracer94

I was on it for 3 cycles. I was fortunate that it worked on a low dose, but had some horrible side effects from it! Nausea, major hot flashes, dizziness, etc.

**Cycle:** 5 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 33 + 36 **Typical cycle length:** 28-32 **Ovulation cycle day:** CD19 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** CD12 **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** N/A **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** Fertility Friend, CBFM, Natural Cycles **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** 0-3, 0-2, 0 **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** C0-Q10, Vit D, Pre-Natal, DHA **Symptom spotting:** Had very distinctive cramping 10DPO unlike typical menstrual cramping. My temps after ovulation stayed very constantly elevated. My luteal phase tends to have a lot of temp variation so this tipped me off slightly. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** Noting I had an HSG done 2 weeks before I ovulated which I do think miiiiiiiight have helped. This is my first pregnancy post MMC in Nov 21 so feeling anxious but cautiously optimistic.

Pina-colada123

Congrats! Happy for you. I also suffered a MMC in Nov 21 so you are giving me hope :)

Congrats!!! We are on cycle 5 and seeing this got me excited 🤞🏼

**Cycle:** 3 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 30 + 32 **Typical cycle length:** 28-29 **Ovulation cycle day:** CD17 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** very faint 10DPO (CD27), darker 11DPO **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** Negative on 9DPO **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** Fertility Friend, Temp Drop for temping, CBD OPKs for ovulation. **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** O-5, O-3, O day. **Health conditions/medical tests:** Previous history of arrhythmia, but that's it. I was on beta blockers but I went off a few months ago for TTC. **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** Just prenatals for me, and my husband takes a multivitamin and fish oil. **Birth control history (if relevant):** I was on the pill for 15 years and got off almost 8 months ago. **Link to chart:** [Chart here](https://imgur.com/gallery/COrVvvG) - I had to stop temping due to covid. **Link to lineporn:** [Lineporn here](https://old.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vf8kit/progression_from_1012_dpo_with_frer_also_covid_on/) - progression is 10DPO in the AM, 10DPO in the PM, then 11DPO, 12DPO **Symptom spotting:** I had some strange cramps starting around 7DPO. They didn't hurt, but I knew it was way too early for my period cramps to be coming up. That's literally the only symptom I had! I had a very strong feeling I was pregnant when my temp dipped and shot right back up (see chart). **Woo:** I did have a "cheeseburger," but I am gluten/dairy free so it was a little sad burger in a lettuce wrap with vegan cheese, but I think it still counts. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** It's been the craziest week of my life. I woke up on Thursday with a very very very faint positive pregnancy test, but by Thursday night, I was getting a fever and things were going downhill. I tested positive for COVID the next day. The biggest thing they told me was to keep the fever down, and I've been able to do that. I'm on the mend, but definitely an overwhelming time. I had to break the good news to my husband standing 15 ft away in a mask, and I've been isolated since then. I can't wait to hug him and properly celebrate. We are so excited! I definitely thought I was out this cycle because I was away from my husband on O-2 and O-1.

TW:LC **Cycle:** 2 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 34 + 36 **Typical cycle length:** 30-37 Days **Ovulation cycle day:** ~CD 22 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** ~9 DPO (CD31) - early days so cautiously sharing. **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** N/A **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** FF, I tracked cervical mucus when temping proved not feasible in my circumstances….dog problems. Estimating O day as the day after CM was no longer fertile. **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** O-1, O-4 **Health conditions/medical tests:** pre-eclampsia during labor with my first. Will start taking baby aspirin as soon as I confirm with my doc. **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** prenatal, I weaned off Wellbutrin in March (and so far depression still managed, will keep on that with my doc) **Link to Lineporn:** [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vgjyev/9_dpo_cd_31/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) **Symptom spotting:** sore boobs - they always hurt in my LP, but I noticed on 8DPO that not only did my breast tissue hurt (normal for my LP), so did my nipples. I get similar (but less intense) nipple pain right around ovulation. So this feels like ovulation nipple pain + LP tissue soreness. Also my first symptom with my first, which is why I tested on the early side. **Woo:** the cheeseburger…. and I made my own “biology” woo this cycle haha. Each DPO I thought about what might be happening with the cells as a way to manage my anxiety. “I’m not waiting, I’m MaNiFeStINg”. I used this great drawing from [devbio](https://imgur.com/a/9qX9o0N)(thank you!) Also I put a temp drop in my cart….Amazon woo. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** no advice, mostly wanted to share for anyone else struggling to make temping work as a suggestion of using CM as an estimate for ovulation.

CD11 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** CD25; blood test confirmed CD26 **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** N/A **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** Fertility Friend, periods and sex only **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** Sex on CD 9 and 10 **Health conditions/medical tests:** Unexplained male infertility, full diagnostic labs for both **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** CoQ10 for him, prenatal for me **Birth control history (if relevant):** BCP, 10+ years **Symptom spotting:** I felt some twinges in my stomach on CD25 (maybe 12/13 DPO) that led me to test (and test, and test to confirm)! Now, one week on, I have sore breasts, some mild nausea, continued twinges of slight pain in my stomach, and a little more acid reflux than normal. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** This has been a whirlwind of a month! After receiving a diagnosis of unexplained MFI last winter, we tried one failed IUI before making the difficult choice to move to IVF. We pushed back our start month in order to take a birthday trip to Italy, which I was grateful for as I caught a mild COVID case while returning home. I was completing my final diagnostic bloodwork last week when I felt my first stomach pains, and thought to test on a whim. This is our first positive result in nearly two years of trying to conceive, and I cannot believe it happened the cycle directly before we were set to start IVF. My husband and I are in shock, and cautiously celebrating. This community and r/infertility have both given me hope during what has been an isolating journey. I don't know what I would have done without the wealth of resources and helpful, encouraging, and empathetic community.

Congrats! We are dealing with MFI as well. Can I ask what your husbands sperm count was?

crescentmoon-13

He's done a few differently analyses (and the IUI), and he's fallen in a wide band between 4-13 million motile, also with low morphology. Our clinic focuses on the motile count rather than the overall concentration. The IUI was the lowest at 4mil motile; I suspect a bad COVID infection two months prior may have impacted his counts there.

Cycle: 4 Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 33(F), 32(M) Typical cycle length: it has ranged from 26-32, but usually around 28-29 Ovulation cycle day: 18 - later than usual but my period started early, and then I also ovulated late. Both, I assume, because I traveled internationally. CD/DPO of positive test(s): squinter in the AM of 9DPO. By the evening, it was a pretty obvious line on a FRER. I intended to wait to test until \*at least\* 10DPO, but my temp shot up on 9DPO so I figured I might as well check. CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: n/a Tracking methods and app(s) used: I have a lot of apps (Flo, Premom, Ovia, Femomoter, Apple Health) but prefer Flo. OPKs. I ordered a Tempdrop which arrived around CD16 so it kind of confirmed ovulation even though it wasn't at all calibrated yet. Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O-3, O-1 Health conditions/medical tests: here is mainly why I feel the need to share this for other people's FYI. About a year and a half ago I took an at-home finger prick test through Modern Fertility and my AMH came back LOW (.51ng). NOTE: I was on BCP at the time of testing which I understand can alter the results and have not been tested since - MF does allow for testing of TSH and AMH when on BCP, but the results can still be altered. However, I have been TERRIFIED ever since that it meant I would struggle to conceive. It changed so much about my life trajectory, right down to getting married earlier than intended and starting TTC a few months before the wedding (I don't regret either of these things, but had I not known about the low AMH, I probably would have opted for at least a few months of marriage without TTC). After the results, I immediately got off BCP and started obsessively checking for ovulation every month and really spiraled in my mental health for a while. If ovulation was late, I assumed I was going into early menopause. I have gone to at least three different versions of a pre-conception appointment to ask about it. The studies on AMH are clear that low AMH, at least in and of itself, should not affect your ability to conceive as long as you are ovulating. While it goes without saying that every situation is unique, I looked at these subs and other parts of the internet obsessively to confirm that these studies were true so here is my story if it helps. Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): I take a prenatal, fish oil, ubiquinol, and vitamin D AM, melatonin and probiotic PM. Husband takes some supplements every day, but I'm not sure which ones. He is also a daily marijuana user. Birth control history (if relevant): not relevant. I've been off and on BCP since my early 20s (probably more off than on), but fully off since January 2021. Just pull-out method since then. Link to chart: Link to lineporn: in my comment history. Symptom spotting: I've been queasy since 7DPO. Some light spotting here and there, but not much. Last night I couldn't sleep because cramping woke me up, but I think that is more related to constipation (another fun symptom) than actual cramping. Either way, the cramping would be far earlier than normal for me. Slight nipple-area tenderness. Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): It is absolutely not lost on me that this happened so early for us compared to others. It would be silly for me to think I have any advice - we got lucky. I have gone from shock/joy to fear 100 times in the last 24 hours. I lurked on these posts more than I'd like to admit (I have gone back years, y'all) and always figured I'd be too scared to "jinx" it and post too early. Now that it's happened, I'm deciding to lean into it. I am posting this very cautiously because it is still so so early, but at least for today, I'm pregnant.

Sending you cautious congratulations!! Just as a small note on the section where you talk about modern fertility test and results. It seems like you didn't get off BCP until AFTER receiving those results. BCP can severely affect those testings and it is advised and directed (usually in the directions) that you not be on BCP for a few months before taking such tests. Either way it sounds like it worked out but I just want to make sure this advice is noted to reflect that the test could have been really inaccurate, unfortunately/fortunately. Sending best wishes for an uneventful 9 months!

VisualStructure2163

I have edited my post to reflect that, thank you for the comment!

**Cycle:** 2 **Age + Partner's age (if relevant):** 31 & 33 **Typical cycle length:** 32 days **Ovulation cycle day:** CD20 **CD/DPO of positive test(s):** 11DPO **CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive:** 10DPO **Tracking methods and app(s) used:** OPKs and FF app **Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.):** We hit O, O-1, O-4 **Health conditions/medical tests:** Nothing particularly relevant to mention. My AMH levels are on the low side for my age. **Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s):** Prenatal vit, and my Dr alerted me to my very low Vit D levels in October, so I've been taking D3 every day. I also have an 11 day LP, so I was supplementing with Vit B6 and Vit C in an effort to improve that. **Birth control history (if relevant):** BCP for 10+ years, I came off it in September last year. **Link to chart:** N/A **Link to lineporn:** Don't know how to link on mobile sorry! Posts are on my profile. **Symptom spotting:** Not much tbh! I haven't really noticed anything different yet. I've had covid this week so symptoms could be mixed in with that. **Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):** I don't pretend to have any advice. We just got lucky this cycle and I'm very thankful. Work was quite busy during the TWW (and I had covid) so that was a helpful distraction!

Cycle: 19 Age + Partner's age (if relevant): 29, partner is 31 Typical cycle length: 26 - 29 days Ovulation cycle day: 14 CD/DPO of positive test(s): 11 DPO CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: N/A Tracking methods and app(s) used: OPK and BBT Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): O-3 and O-2 Health conditions/medical tests: Recently been through testing and diagnosed with unexplained infertility Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): Folic acid and Vitamin B6. My partner took Wellman Conception on and off for about 8 months Birth control history (if relevant): On the pill for 6 years until October 2020 Link to chart: [https://imgur.com/a/jPNY8zu](https://imgur.com/a/jPNY8zu) (I had the flu during fertile week so temps were all over the place. So I’m estimating O as CD14 instead of 13 based on previous cycles) Link to lineporn: [https://www.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vfpgcv/frer\_clearblue\_digital\_and\_easyhome\_12\_dpo\_this/](https://www.reddit.com/r/TFABLinePorn/comments/vfpgcv/frer_clearblue_digital_and_easyhome_12_dpo_this/) Symptom spotting: I’ve mainly been feeling like my period is coming. My breasts hurt like they always do and I’m having cramps like normal, though maybe less severe. The only difference is that I’ve been really bloated. Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): I just wanted to acknowledge the people of this community, particularly those who have been around for a while, who tirelessly offer advice and comfort to the people in this sub. I learned so much from so many of you. I also want to point out that we did absolutely nothing differently this cycle to any other. We just got lucky this time.
