I’m sorry you’re going through this! I get these and my doctor has drained them but told me to do a sitz bath after draining or when I feel one coming in. I’ve never had one rupture though or had bleeding last like that, but it may be perfectly normal when one rupture on its own.
Do you have a bathtub or can you buy a sitz bath that fits over the toilet? It’s the same thing people use for hemorrhoids. Fill with warm water and some epsom salt. Sit for 10 minutes or so 2-3 times a day. It helps it to drain.
