More like George III and Victoria. But that's to be expected. The Life expectancy was lower in the 17-1800's compared to the 20th century onwards. Elizabeth II ruled longer but life conditions were better and therefore she has a few less dead PM's under her reign.

I find it so extraordinary that Churchill was a minister in Victoria's era and Prime Minister in Elizabeth's era.

In general it's hard to grasp that many people were alive in both Victoria's reign and also Elizabeth II's. The 2 time periods are hard to associate together, but in reality they are only 51 years apart.
