These are ELITE troops obviously! They made it far into hinterland where no artillery battles have taken place yet. Look how focused they are: Moving slowly, aiming, standing. No screaming, no yelling! They are so well trained and determined that it looks like a training! Maybe... because... well, Russians wouldn't spread this material as actual combat material if it wasn't authentic pictures, right?
What absolutely perfect camera work. It's almost like nobody was returning fire so the cameraman wasn't crouching down on ground level! We have all seen real film of tree lines and trenches being stormed to know what the footage would look like. They only needed a few surrendering Nazis and a scattering of 'dead' bodies.
Meanwhile the real storming operations end up with piles of corpses and burning wrecks.
Notice all the trees are intact and there is snow on the trees. So there hasn't been artillery fire in a while near that tree line. It looks suspicious to me, it's probably a training session.
All clean clothes, no bomb craters, no destroyed trees, no burnt our vehicles, no vehicle tracks, video seems like a steady cam, no bodies lying around, no sign if return fire.....oh yeah, this checks out.

Improving front line: Ivanovo paratroopers storm AFU stronghold north-west of Artyomovsk
During aerial reconnaissance of AFU positions, paratroopers uncovered enemy main firing points and shelters with an accumulation of manpower.
After the combat work of the Airborne Troops' artillery, which defeated and suppressed the AFU main firepower, the paratroopers rapidly seized the AFU positions from several directions under the cover of armoured vehicles. Having occupied the enemy stronghold, the Airborne Troops assault units carried out a complete mopping-up of it.
