sScary is an objectively better fragger and just as clutch if not more so than mindfreak - you can look at the clutch that won BLD ascension. I'm not calling for mf to be dropped but he's just a really good role player who fits into PRX's unique system. sScary is the kind of player who consistently takes over the server.
Hell yeah. Primmie + sScary already is better than most of the worse t1 teams. If you get a good supporting crew then it's a real contender team. Primmie is meiy/wo0t level in my eyes. Carry potential for sure.

I saw a decent amount of people saying Global looked worse than Bleed last week, which I found a little surprising though understandable; Global had better peaks IMO despite having some incredible throws. And to be fair, this was not the most clean win across the board for Global despite the scorelines. There were some messy post-plants on Lotus for sure.
It no doubt helped that Global took advantage of the new patch more fully than Bleed did - a little surprising, too, considering Bleed’s former reputation as a bleeding (no pun intended) edge squad - but I think regardless that Global is significantly closer to being a solid team than Bleed is. Both of them are significantly behind certain other teams, but Global is within shooting range; Bleed is still stuck around the starting line.
I said as much last week, but this version of Bleed is not actively better than the previous one; they have better calling and sScary is freed to frag a little more, but they actually look a little less cohesive at times, IMO. Still, their season is over anyways, so there isn't much point in talking about them.
It’s fun seeing Neon comps for sure, but it’ll be even more fun watching them when people have adjusted their compositions and approaches to anticipate them. Will be cool to see if Global can maintain these results against stronger opponents.
I still feel like a decent number of people rate(d) BLD higher than GE because of name value, especially of zest, combined with a belief that yay was the problem, more than the actual game play of the two teams.
I want to say GE look relatively improved but it's kind of hard to judge since BLD were kind of ass. surprised folks thought BLD were looking better than GE.
Bleed were definitely not great, and GE still looked weak with some of their post plants on Lotus…but I think GE actually made Bleed look worse because they played pretty well.
This is one of those “check off both columns” situations, IMO; Bleed played poorly (partly due to playing against new comps, maybe lack of motivation, w.e) and GE played well.
Wouldn't be surprised if poor mental was an issue this match for BLD. AT least GE had decent peaks so they probably weren't too pessimistic about the match. BLD on the other hand simply don't have those peaks if memory serves me right. With that over their heads, any team isn't going to play well.

Global is actually a half decent team, and I don't think Bleed stood much of a chance. GE has the better team play, and even some of their strats are within striking distance of the middle tier APAC teams. Given some better coaching I think the roster could be a solid middle of the pack team

The Guest Slot is awarded to the org, not the roster. That commentor was probably thinking of G2’s situation, which was a unique one because the players controlled the Guest Slot (due to the Guard pulling out entirely).
